As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we wanted a realtor who would listen to our family's needs, guide us through the process, and be patient with all of our questions. Carly was exactly that person. From the beginning, Carly made us feel comfortable and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she understood the VA home-buying process. She knew the VA requirements and helped us understand what we could and couldn't request or include in our offer. That knowledge gave us confidence and helped the entire process go much more smoothly. Carly was there for us from the search all the way through closing and receiving the keys to our new home. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to find the right home--not just any home. Our advice to anyone buying or selling a home is to choose a realtor who listens, communicates, and understands the type of financing you're using. We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Being a Realtor myself and my fiancé a commercial real estate broker, we knew what to look for when finding an agent. And let me tell you, Vlad Rodov checks all of those boxes! From our first conversation, I could tell that he understood what we were looking for even better than we did. It can be very overwhelming and intimidating to find a home in an area that you'll love for the next 5-10 years having NEVER been there. Any fears we had in that department, Vlad took right off the table with his wealth of knowledge about each pocket in every neighborhood. Since we were relocating, he also took the time to do as many FaceTime tours as we requested. When we were finally able to make a trip to LB, Vlad not only showed us properties, but he also toured us around each neighborhood and gave his personal pros and cons to each one (including the good food spots; we are big foodies). We also knew there would be the difficult task of finding a home (in this insane market no less) in the amount of time we had left in our home in Austin; we were working on a strict deadline as buyers in a sellers market. After putting in many offers, some of which were well over asking, we finally got lucky and found "the one." Let me remind you readers, my fiancé and I are both in real estate ourselves... and this was a crazy deal with, at times, a very difficult and indecisive seller! And on top of this, my dad suddenly passed away the day after we went under contract. However, each hurdle in the road was but a puddle jump for our guy Vlad. He managed and facilitated all inspections, which can be overwhelming if you've never bought a 98 year-old home. Vlad made our lives pretty easy in a very difficult time. On top of all of this, he got us our dream home UNDER its appraised value! Vlad negotiates like a shark in an ocean of dolphins. Vlad is savvy, smart, witty, and an all around great guy. Again, do yourself a solid and hire Vlad now!
