This QT is especially nice in the sense that I have consistently experienced excellent customer service regardless of who I interacted with. Whether it was the manager to let him know the app had a glitch (not the stores fault but he must have followed up because it got fixed quickly!) to those that work in the kitchen to those that work at the counter. I called and texted the driver multiple times with no response. When I contacted the Casey's store, I was told that once the order was handed off to DoorDash, it was completely out of their control. I wasn't offered a refund, any guidance on how to resolve the issue, or any effort to make things right. If Casey's chooses to partner with DoorDash for deliveries, there should be a clear process for customers to get help when something goes wrong. Passing responsibility back and forth leaves customers with no accountability, cold food, and a frustrating experience.
