She saw I was close to breaking down sobbing because my face was on fire due to an allergic reaction. She helped me find a store that had it even though they were extremely busy. She really helped me out. For all the negative reviews about the wait time, I sat & waited while Deja made some phone calls. I could see how busy the pharmacy was. There was always a line of people waiting to pick up their meds, it was never ending. On top of that, there is the drive thru & people waiting for shots. There was literally nothing they could do to make the wait go any faster. They realize people are there for health reasons & never get angry when spoken down to. Well, thankfully they've just fired their CEO so maybe things will start to improve along with a return to reasonable staffing levels. That said, I have to give a shout-out to their MinuteClinic in-store facility that provides an excellent alternative to your primary care for basic services like vaccinations and ordinary physicals. Go online, make an appointment and generally you're waiting a maximum of five minutes to be seen by either an RN or a PA depending on the service. Don't get me wrong, while I love my primary care MD, why wait three weeks for an appointment if all you need is a flu shot or forms filled out for your employer. A first rate experience all around and an easy five stars.

Except the Electronics line was approximately the length of a Disney ride on a Saturday. When I asked her if there was some mistake, she kindly explained that chain drugstores are charge as much as possible, but here they personally work with customers on an individual basis in order to make sure medications are available at the most affordable price possible. I'd have assumed it was some farcical sales pitch if I hadn't already witnessed it first hand. I can't remember ever having such a feeling of a pharmacist actually caring about their customers well being. Can't reccommend this place enough.
