We discovered a small leak in the wall behind our tankless water heater and like any new homeowner, freaked out. We called PR Plumbing and they told they send out someone out between 4 and 6 PM. At 4:10, Eric showed up and within minutes, he was 90% sure what the issue was. Turns out he was spot on and fixed the issue within a few hours. The issue? - When installing tankless water heaters into new builds, sometimes the plumbers do not fully clamp the copper piping to the PVC pipe tight enough causing a very very slow leaks. Over time and use it gets worse. When I asked how long he thought this had been leaking for he said, "probably shortly after the completion of the home in 2019" Say what?! Luckily we were home when the leak really gave away. Can you imagine if we went on vacation during the Christmas holiday? PR plumbing charges about $135 an hour, which includes labor, but not parts needed. I thought that was a pretty stellar rate! All together we were just under $300 total for the job.

Their communication and reviews had me sold. Then when they installed the equipment it didn't match what we paid for. The error was recognized by me and they offered me an extended warranty as a result. Due to their great service during this time I felt like they resolved my issue. There were also hiccups with the air unit that they fixed. Fast forward to 2026 when we needed a new water heater. We received several quotes and this one was comparable. They installed it a few days later and all appeared well. We paid $575 for the permit process to Balanced Comfort. They said we would get the inspection within 1-2 weeks. I called three different times and was told they did the paperwork, and lastly to call the city myself. When I called the city they said it had never been filed. I had to call Balanced Comfort again and again to get the plumbing manager to call me back. When he did it's clear he doesn't have customer service training. He's rude and was like oh well it's filed now. It took six weeks total and action on my part or it may never have been completed, a paid service. Next up the inspection. spoiler alert! We didn't pass. The inspector was clear they cut corners and should have known better. He advised I call the company and let them know. When I did, the plumbing manager was beyond rude to me and said "these things happen".... I will never give them my business again.

We've used the shower twice and that bathroom maybe 5 times total... It's flooding AGAIN. So we clearly won't be bothering with this plumbing service in the future. We had this problem once about 2.5 years ago and a similar thing happened where it appeared fixed but started flooding again the next day. The plumber came out and didn't charge us for anything when he came back out to fix it because 'the job wasn't done'. And the original cost was considerably less than one service from Jeff. Unfortunately for us, that plumber retired.

Always a good thing - A few days before we closed on the house, I called Alfonso of Valley Pro Painting and talked with him about what I needed done. I don't know the first thing about paint, so I leaned on him to help with making sure the job looked good and was done correctly. Once I had the keys to our new house, I asked when he could come out to take a look at job and get us a quote. Next morning, he was there. I had a quote in hand by that afternoon. After comparing a few quotes, Valley Pro was competitive. Having a good word on quality of work from a trusted friend, we gave them the job. Work was fast, detailed and high quality. The job was stated on a Tuesday and complete by Friday evening. 2100 square feet of all walls, ceilings, base boards and doors in 4 days - quick!! I walked the house once complete and was extremely impressed. They were quick to offer a follow up visit for any touch ups needed or correction to things we found wrong.
