Alexis showed up early, fully prepared, and brought outstanding customer service from start to finish. All of my employees enjoyed the fresh, made‑to‑order churros right on the spot warm, crispy, and paired with delicious dipping sauces that everyone kept talking about. Because of how well everything went, we've already decided to bring Alexis back for another upcoming work event, and I'll definitely be booking him for my own family parties in the near future. Highly recommend professional, reliable, and the churros are unbeatable.

The asada I believe is their best carne. Well seasoned and cooked. Al pastor is a pass. The marinade isn't too flavorful. Chorizo is decent. Wish it would have been grilled longer but still good. Buche was cooked well but lacked in any flavor. Suadero same thing. Cooked but had no flavor. Was just gelatinous This was almost some of the best Jamaican I've ever had but I felt it was a tad bit too sugary. Really good though didn't survive the trip home good. Good assortment of salsas. The tomatillo and picante one was really good. They have pico de gallo, onions, cilantro, limes, marinated cebollas y habanero. Just buyer beware the pico might have been sitting in the sun and I'm pretty sure I got an upset stomach from this. Nothing wrong about Ochoa but for me it's your average taco spot. Jamaica, asada and tortillas stand out here.

The place was really chill on the people were really friendly. This place is located in Sylmar, which is where the 5 and the 405 converge. So if I haven't gotten food yet, it's a great stop on the way up to see my folks in the Bay Area. So glad I did. I think I should start making a tradition whenever I drive up.

The truck itself looks different now, and unlike before, there were no prices posted outside, which was a red flag. The green sauce had an off texture. The tortillas were still good, but they were out of key meats like asada and cabeza, and no one could explain why. That left me ordering chicken (which was bland), pastor, and lengua--which ended up being tough. Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to what it used to be. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

The tacos were pretty cheap for their size and also the handmade tortillas! The ladies that took our order and made our food were all very formerly and they were working hard because while we sat there many people came to grab food. We got multiple tacos- carnitas, asada, pastor and lengua and a quesadilla. -The carnitas tacos were our favorite, the meat was juicy and tender and it didn't have big chunks of fat like some other places do. -The pastor and asada were also pretty tasty and tender but a bit more dry than the carnitas. -The lengua taco was mushy and bland. -The quesadilla was pretty big in size but also full of meat and cheese. We got it with carnitas and it made it even juicier- highly recommend you trying this one. Overall we enjoyed our late night bite and the prices were unbeatable.
