The "short" line that took over 2 hours.

As an avid haunted house attendee, I was so excited to attend these haunted houses, however unfortunately this place was a HUGE let down compared to all the others I've been to in Northern California and Sacramento area. So here's why: 1. Arrived at 7:15pm, which is 15 min after opening, so there wasn't very many people there just yet. In the picture I posted, that's how long the line was, not bad right? WRONG! We waited in line for 2 hours and 10 minutes by the time we got to the front for ONE haunted house. It was outrageous. There's no reason as to why a line with only about 30 groups in front of me should take 2 hours. I understand having a "Check point" before letting the next group in, but I think that is a poorly designed check point because it doesn't get groups through and keep the line moving at a reasonable pace. 2. The one haunted house we went in, the Cemetarium one, had a total of 9 actors. I counted while going through. It was poorly designed and had hardly any scares. Super disappointing! 3. The ground in the haunted houses was very uneven and was hard to walk on, especially while it was raining. Maybe if they had lights along the ground so they don't have people breaking an ankle would be beneficial. 4. Advertising for the "vip" front of the line tickets was non existent. I had to ask a few people who had "vip" and they said it's a small upcharge. If I would've known about it I would've done that to avoid standing in a 2 hour SMALL line for one haunted house. 5. Unfortunately, I was unable to walk through the other 2 houses because I wasn't up for standing in line another 4 hours. My back couldn't handle it! I feel like I was ripped off paying over $30-$35 (after fees) for one haunted house with hardly any scares. Hopefully this review helps others who are thinking about attending Cemetarium. I wish I would've read a recent review before attending because it would've saved me money.

I have no idea why it only has 3-1/2 stars. Maybe it is a little low key and there are more intense haunted houses but it was still really good. I got quite a few good screams and I feel like if I could make it through without screaming then it's not very good. I think this is actually the same one that I volunteered at awhile back. I would come to it again. Fun time.

What can I say.

Something I've always wanted to experience so I was excited We waited in line for about 15 minutes. While waiting, they let us take a photo in front of one of the scary displays, which was a cool touch. Before entering, security made the rules very clear: no phones, no photos, no videos! The walkthrough took about 20 minutes. There was a few times were I couldn't tell is something was real or fake. Every time my girl screamed, I screamed right after her, it was automatic at that point. Toward the end, it felt like there weren't as many people popping out compared to the beginning, so it slowed down a little. But even with that, I still had a great time. Overall, it's a fun experience if you like haunted houses or horror-themed activities. My girl didn't love it as much as I did, but I truly appreciated her planning this for us. This would be great for date night!

I surprised him with a post Valentines date night with his valentine theme haunt and overall I wasn't mad. General admission tickets- I opted for general admission tickets and I'm definitely glad I didn't opt for the more expensive package to skip the line as it wasn't necessary. General admission line was one person in front of us and we waited less than 10 minutes to get into the actual event. -The haunted house itself it was cool but overall I'm just a scary person. They definitely didn't not have enough people throughout the haunted house so that was a bummer. It seemed like maybe less than 15-20 people throughout the entire haunted house. There was a pretty large stretch where nobody popped out and I was just scared on my own merits. I think if they had more people throughout the house would have been better or the house needed to be shortened. -photos I purchased the photo from before entering the haunted house and the lady at the concession counter overcharged my card so that was a bummer to find out after I left. Overall Mr Man enjoyed himself so that's all that really mattered. This was definitely a one and done for me. Great side quest valentines weekend adventure.

It was just okay!! I love a taste of Halloween and The tickets are a little expensive side and…read morethat's if you want to go on the handful of attractions the main one being the zombie shooting truck. Now I'm not gonna sugar code it that scared the HELL out of me not by the zombies but by how fast the truck drives through that field. You can't move your paintball gun side to side but other people apparently could so mine was jammed. And I didn't have any time to fix it. When you it stopped where the zombies were they would run and hide so you couldn't really shoot them especially with a paintball gun that barely movies. Just the for for 6 minutes then you were off getting WHIPPED around soooooo fast in this truck HOLY MACAROL I truly was scared it was going to flip I've been in my fair share of car accidents and that one felt dangerous as shit! Had rough whiplash the next day. I'm blessed to make it out ok especially with my internal healing surgery I was like uh oh this is bumpy but I did ok no pain. Shout out to the girl working on the ride LOVED the blonde and forgot her name but she was great! We bought more bullets but didn't get to use them! Because you can't move your gun so there's nothing to shoot at, So don't do the extended clip. And you only get to go on it once, and they cut your bracelet off at the front of the ride no matter how much you pay with the booking fee. They also tell you to scream when you come back to the line so it makes it look fun/scary who knows. So is it worth the hype everyone says? No lol but it was fun but scary.. Now the medical haunted house was FUN! I loved that, it was probably my favorite time and I loved the scare actors in that house. A lot of funny girls in character and that was funny to see. Now the clown haunted house I did NOT like because why were there a bunch of military men screaming at you non stop to go and not just pop out and scare you? That's not a haunted house that's just men looking to take their anger out on random people by following them around screaming at them. The girl female were good though and that wasn't all of them but I'd avoid that house at all costs unless you want to be screamed at "GO GO GO" and followed like you're in the military even if you're already walking wth? No thanks lol The haunted corn maze we didn't do, over all I was exhausting of everything. I did have a palm reader which was fun and ALSO got a cute Halloween sweatshirt from one of the vendors there but to not see that many people there was interesting I think I could only could 2 to 3 clowns walking around scaring the few crowds people that were there. The haunted houses had absolutely no lines. And we were there the whole time. It was a Friday maybe Saturday nights are a little busier but I guess I had higher expectations for the money paid. But we still all had a fun time. Probably won't be back almost 150$ for very little not very safe rides, it was like a Temu version of HHN but hey! I like trying everything once and especially if it's Halloween themed :)
