I was at the mall just before Christmas, so they were offering free products "as long as you're not Jewish about it, don't hoard it all to yourself, these are free for you to share for Christmas!" But don't worry, these exclusive deals are "just between us, we can't offer these deals to everyone, you know". But they proceeded to offer the same deal to the next lady they cornered, so clearly it's just part of their pitch. I somehow got roped into their marketing ploy and I will never get that time back that they wasted. The sales team proceeded to point out every single tiny "flaw" on my face (that they miraculously have a product to cure, by the way!). The salesman decided that tearing down women's confidence is the best kind of flirting--continuously trying to ask if I was single and/or interested in him. The salesman offered me his number multiple times during his sales pitch, "as long as you don't call me once the sun goes down or I might have to come visit you, if you know what I mean." What really seals the one star rating, for me, is that part of their sales tactic was to try to upsell some $7000 product. They offered this to me and another woman, and we both said that it was too expensive, and we weren't even interested. They made multiple attempts to continue to push the sale, as if the price of it was the only thing that mattered, and not the fact that we didn't want it and wouldn't use it. They offered it as low as $1,400, saying that was the "management special", and they couldn't offer it for any lower than what they paid for it for themselves. They were told that, even with the deal, it still cost more than rent, so it just wasn't feasible. I can't speak for the other woman, but I don't care enough about my looks that I'm willing to become homeless over it. It didn't matter that their one product was worth more than rent--clearly we should be willing to be homeless for the sake of our beauty! Our beauty (and more importantly, their wallets) are the only things that matter! The sales team was so pushy about trying to make a sale that they had me on the verge of tears, and even that didn't matter to them. I understand that working sales is a tough gig, especially at those mall kiosks, but there's no reason for the harassment they were inflicting on potential customers and innocent passerby. They could have the best beauty products in the world, but the way they treated potential customers did not inspire me to ever open my wallet for their products.

After 5 hours, I had to call again, wait on hold and be treated like an impatient child. When I indicated I wanted to do a followup visit, a local friend recommended Dr. Boerner. From the beginning, the treatment and care provided was vastly different! His office staff is very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work travel schedule. When I arrived, I was met and greeted by everyone, even when they were just walking through the office! Dr. Boerner was kind and listened very intently to my concerns. We chatted bout my lifestyle, interests and what I wanted the outcome to be.
