She has produced gorgeous toppers for me. The colors of the last one, brought out the green in my brown eyes. I have not found anyone that matches her level of expertise. There is a sign on a very busy street saying there is a huge wig sale and walk-ins welcome. The sign on the door says open. We go in and there is a man at the front desk and woman standing there and she welcomes us in. We tell her why we're there and she immediately pushes back and says that "if we're there to just try on wigs' it's not that kind of place. Yet this lady wants to show us around her 3,000 square foot shop. She proceeds to tell us that she's not really open, she's just waiting for the uPS man. However, she'll do a quick consult and let me see a wig. I did not get to try one on. She just held up one to my head and told me that that's what my natural hair would look like. (I have plenty of years to go before I'm totally gray) We go sit in a chair and she goes through my hair and goes to get a wig. All the while she tells me that they are a 'hair restoration salon" and consultations are $35. After about 15 or 20 minutes or so, and the lady giving some hair education, we decide to leave. As she walked us around the salon, telling us what the do there, all of a sudden, the consultation fee is $50. I'm tired and don't really feel like finishing this review. Here's what I will tell you. Don't have a sign on the street that says come in if you really aren't open and really don't want people coming in. Also, you may want to be consistent with your prices. It was a weird experience, for sure. I can speak for both of us in saying that we did not feel welcome at all. I'll probably never be a client.

I recently had extensions put in by another salon and while I loved having long hair, the…read moreextensions were low quality (yet super expensive) and the installation was a mess. I stumbled upon Jennifer's blog and I was impressed with the level of dedication and passion that she has for extensions. I immediately booked a consultation with her and I was blown away by her expertise of all types of extension methods and her product knowledge. Jennifer really took the time to study my hair to make sure that the extensions we selected would blend in with my natural hair. We also walked through my daily hairr routine to see which method and type would work best for my lifestyle. Not only did she match the texture and color perfectly; the installation was flawless and went very quickly. This woman really knows her stuff and it shows! I left the salon walking on Cloud 9 and feeling like a million bucks. If you want someone who is dedicated solely to the art of extensions and will give you the best quality of products and a perfect installation, look no further than Jennifer Bridges, you won't be sorry.

Rather than being embarrassed about going out in public with my thin hair, I decided to add extensions. Thanks to Jennifer's expertise, my new hair coupled with my own is voluminous and I can honestly say that everyone has been so complimentary of late. I'm not sure if they can pinpoint the difference, but they sure are going out of their way to mention how good I look. Thank you, Jennifer. I wished I had done this ten years ago.

I went in for their free consultation (which I saw on Instagram). When the lady did their…read moreelectrical continuity tests on my hands and feet, she did it improperly which showed that my condition was extreme. This concered me so I decided to sign up for their $49 indeapth testing. The topic of insurance came up but was quickly brushed aside. They knew full well that insurance does not cover this, which would have been a deciding factor for me right then and there, but they concealed that info so that I would go on to the next testing step. I asked that clinician to run the hands and feet test again. This time it was done correctly and I had a much different result from the first time the test was done. This lead me to believe that the first test was done incorrectly on purpose or she didn't had enough training to do it correctly. This is my personal experience and yours may be different. After all the testing was finished, I was handed a price to receive equipment to use at home and sessions in the office. The price page listed 2 ultra red light boots when I thought to myself that I would really only need one because they are quite expensive. The rest of the gadgets were not explained much. For $9,097, I felt that more explaining would have been appropriate. Everyone in the office was supper nice and seemed to be well rehearsed on their presentation. I have decided to decline and research less expensive options.

When I told the young lady, again that she didn't answer my question on their insurance policies, she said that some people pay out of pocket and then try and get reimbursement through their insurance programs. So I said "so you do not directly bill insurance and she finally said no it was all out of pocket. From the other reviews I've read, this seems like hocus pocus medicine and people might be better off going to see actual physicians and surgeons for neuropathy. You need to be very wealthy to partake in these "treatments". Good luck
