It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit.
