Our over all experience was really great with Cody helping us get switched over. It took sometime to get our account number from the sprint rep on the phone which was crazy they took forever! We walked out of Verizon with two new phones, new cases and screen protectors also put on by Cody. He was helpful setting up our new phones and even stayed way past his scheduled time. He didn't pass us off or rush us out the door. By far the best customer service from a phone carrier we have ever received! I highly suggest this Verizon store. Everyone was friendly and smiling! We now have great service and even scored in some promos they had going on! Whoohoooo were so happy we dropped sprint after 14 years! if i was not a verizon customer for almost 20 years i would use a different service. verizon is…read morehowever the best for consistent great cell service. the sales at the store are messed up. they do not tell you the truth about all the add on charges - and are just not professional. there was one person helping 2 customers and a guy sitting reading. they had a very high desk and i could not sit down so the whole time i stood up. im a senior and just not able to heist myself up on the tall chair. i hate calling them i hate going in there - the cell service is worth the money and having 5 cell phones and an ipad we never miss a beat. i realize that this town is not high end when it comes to customer service or intellegence. but i love the verizon cell service.

I had read a few reviews and found it's pretty common to get crappy service from all Verizon stores in town. I can tell you we came in to buy a refurbished, and she got us quite a deal on a new Galaxy S21 with 5G. A rocket ship of a phone. Took a half hour, very nice and impressive work. It is everything I needed and more. The transfer of data from my old phone to this one was everything, including all the apps. How in the hell did she do that! Now, just few log-ins and it's like my old phone, only faster, triple the battery life, and still connects to my smart watch. Save your time and money and go see her. We are so glad she was there. This spot is an authorized Amazon Locker pickup location. But probably not for long. For the past 3…read moredays, the business has been closed so UPS can't make Amazon package drops. We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.
