Almost an hour later, the story suddenly changes: no 10% discount, maybe no double data, and actually the cost is going to be $80 monthly. Didn't advocate for us in the slightest when calling the carrier to check why the price had changed. Rep's excuse was "well, we have six big carriers so it's not exactly easy to keep track of what they're doing" and "it's not our fault we don't have up-to-date information". What?!? You all should go through the carriers then because these guys have no obligation to sell you stuff with accurate information. The whole point of using a middleman is that they have the best information and find you the best deal. They did nothing to help except to say it's not their fault (oh, and to offer a minor discount off a phone accessory - as if they're getting a dime from me). What a waste of time!
