I had seen their advertising and knew they had a reputation for fair treatment and fast turnaround. Both were true. My phone took less than an hour to repair, but since my home button was damaged they gave me a refurbished phone at no charge. GREAT FOR TRAVEL NURSES!!! Large selection of high-end and standard scrubs with a small clearance…read morerack and plus-size area. I like that there is a specific row for Avera colors, a specific row for Sanford colors, as well as uniforms for various nursing schools organized together and easy to find. You will not have to pick over the items to find problems/flaws as they are well curated. I liked knowing that I could bring my items back in clean used condition and receive about 30% of what I paid which is better than nothing. I have bought dozens of tops and several scrub jackets here and re-sold quite a few as well when my assignment changed or I took a contract at another hospital. I highly recommend. (If something wasn't recent enough or in quite good enough condition to re-sell there, I took it a block down to St Vincent de Paul for a good cause. I also drop good used scrubs not quite good enough to consign, into the bin at NU2U.)

This business is not in the business of customer service!…read moreEvery time I have gone there they open late! I've had to wait up to 1/2 hour for someone to show up. Brought in brand new scrubs to sell and she gave me 1.00 for each item. Really? There is a sign on the wall that says not to argue or question their decision. Staff is not friendly or polite. I will take my business elsewhere and will not recommend them to anyone!
