Few months after as I am replacing my wife's screen protector when the whole screen on the 14 ProMax comes off and I get two white lines across it when I try pushing it back in its place. I take it to CPR who gives me lip service about dropping the phone, blah, blah , blah. None of that happened. I just peeled the old screen protector off. I take it to another shop who look underneath the screen and discover a loose screw which was " probably never tightened up all the way" according to the tech and prevented the screen from settling in 100% , so when I pulled the screen protector off the screen came off with it. I then called CPR again with this new information and got more of the blah, blah, blah bs . Disappointed but I will replace the screen and life will go on but I cannot and will not give them any business again.

My wife told me about the little shop in the mall by GameStop, I decided that it was worth a look see. They charged $60 ($63.xx with tax) an told me to come back in an hour. Either came back a little less than an hour later and the service guy was just putting on a screen protector an snapping my case back on. The screen also comes with a 1 (maybe 2) year warranty (free replacement) for dead pixels etc. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of the guy working there, price was excellent compared to Verizon's charge. I've already recommended the place to several friends and decided to make it Yelp official.
