Back story: 1 month prior I had my phone fixed by UBreakiFix and was charged $300. I got all the phone alerts that I was using non-authorized products. A few days after my phone was fixed, it completely cracked from the left to right side of the phone right in the middle of the screen. Skip to last week: I requested a quote online from Cell & Computer Geeks for my iPhone 11 Pro screen and was given a great price. That evening, I made my way to the shop with my 3 year old. It was cold and rainy. Moiz had 8 other phones in line but felt bad for me having the baby out in the cold, so he offered to fix it in 30 minutes. He also told me that my phone had a pressure crack. (When I called uBreakiFix about the phone cracking again without dropping it... they told me it was impossible and I'd have to pay the full price again to fix the phone. Hence, why I searched elsewhere and how I found Cell & Computer Geeks) The phone ended up costing me $70 more since the glass was cracked inside and outside due to the pressure crack but it was still cheaper than the previous company, uBreakiFix! Moiz was able to get my phone fixed within 20 minutes! He also carries all kinds of phone cases and screen protectors, which I made sure to take advantage of, while I was there! I would recommend this shop to everyone! They are really nice and helpful!! Their prices are very reasonable! My five year old HP laptop had been running slow and finally died in the middle of a school project. Disheartened, frustrated, and strapped on cash I took it in to Moiz. He looked at it and confirmed one of my worst case scenarios: My hard drive had become corrupted. He was able to replace the hard drive (reputably manufactured and same size), recover ALL my data, and upgrade my operating system for a third of the cost to replace my computer. It took about 5-6 days to complete the job (my old hard drive was running reaaaaallly slow), but Moiz was patient and made sure everything was recovered and working properly. Well worth the wait! I needed the battery in my Samsung phone replaced and the back panel of the phone replaced. They also sold me a nice case for the phone (which I wanted). All of the work took about three hours and cost $150.00. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the business itself is in a neatly-maintained shop. Had a great experience with Moiz! My touchscreen laptop was badly damaged due to a previous bad refurbish. When I took it to Microcenter, they quoted me over $700 even after the diagnostic fee.
