I felt the price was quite reasonable, like I would pay anywhere and far less expensive than I paid in Toronto and they didn't do nearly as good in Toronto. STAY AWAY! Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. They are not sanitary and the technician…read moresaid that to me, exactly. I had a mani/pedi scheduled and the mani was lovely. They stopped during the pedicure and said I had a split in my nail and asked if I stubbed one of my toes. I said yes and then she had 2 other people come look and they said that because they weren't sure it was not a fungus, they could not go any further. I told them there was no way it was but they REFUSED to do anything and left me with nail polish rubbed off and onto all over toes. When I asked if they could just use a different set of tools, the manager or supervisor, or whoever, told me that they are not equipped with the right sanitation tools to keep them separate. WHAT? Does that mean they're tools are not sanitized properly, at all? If that's not bad enough, they all scurried away like I had leperacy or something. SO RUDE! This franchise would NEVER make it in the United States!!! Another thing to note is that they "certify" their own staff, according to what I was told. In looking into this further, I can't even tell if they're accredited. What was even worse is that during my research, I found that they are SEXIST! They REFUSE to perform any waxing or laser services on men. How preposterous. Will never go back nor would I recommend anyone to go there.

I looked at the tech girl who was in constant comm with this guy who ran the place, and mentioned it was $60. Didn't get a response. I asked my G daughter and yes that's what they advised.
