Barbaro. That place was high pressure, they kept trying to make me purchase everything in the shop after learning my Husband was a physician. When I said I would have him come back, the "Owner" a Tall man with a heavy accept, replied " His job is to make the money, your job is to spend it" I didn't laugh, I ran out the door. Thank God, I stopped in Leconte on my way to Trader Joe's, they have everything you could ever need and without all the high pressure!!!

Fun fact, May is busy. Weddings, prom's, Bar Mitzvahs... it is all happening. Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences.
