Staff are really rude and extremely slow. Highly unpleasant. Will travel further away to have better service.

Be very afraid as you enter here. You better have all your paperwork in order before you approach the counter or you will be dismissed instantly to the back of a long queue. I have never yet seen a smile on the face of any of the staff, they seem to resent all customers as mere nuisances. They close up for lunch every day for an hour, what other business closes for an hour for lunch in this day and age. Surely it would not be beyond their organizational capabilities to arrange a rota of staff to cover lunchtimes. Another bugbear of mine is having to queue up in order to buy a stamp. Surely in this time of electronic wizardry it is not too much to expect that there would be a vending machine to allow the purchase of stamps of any denomination without having to queue up and face the dreaded commandants. read more
