Ok guess business is amazing and they can blow off customers like that. Some time had passed i reached out to build a play set, they said yes they could do it, had price time and date. Day before the appointment i reached out and they said they had to reschedule bcus of rain (it barely sprinkled) didnt say when, so i pushed for the next date. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. What a waste of time.

I heard amazing reviews for him, unfortunately the guy he sent was not fit for this job. Justin's son was very kind and tried to fix a lot of the mistakes but there were still a lot of errors I don't think he could fix. I'll put before and after. If you use him, ask for him directly or his son. His worker did not provide quality work. My home had not been sprayed prior, only rolled so I was disappointed that there was SO much overspray. And my bathroom wall started to bubble. The guy also used an old roller so there's lots of hairs painted into my wall ( lint is sticking out of the paint). Three of countertop are now gritty and my bathtub that was new to the home prior to moving in, is also covered in overspray. Very disappointing since I paid but hopefully it was only that one worker and he won't be put on paint jobs ever again.

Over the last year, he has completed multiple jobs for us, and has quite a few more on his roster! Initially, he replaced a rotted, load bearing post for us on our patio. Since then he restored and refinished our fancy standalone electric fireplace, which our dog had pretty much destroyed. He also repaired a vinyl fence that was falling apart due to high winds. Most recently we had him install a short fence around our new studio to create a private patio. Our next project will be to repair and install new vinyl fencing and gates to section off a finished area. There seems to be almost nothing Lamar doesn't know how to repair, install or replace. He is honest, hard working and finishes in a timely manner. When he quotes a job, he sticks by it and he is very affordable--especially for such high quality work. I recently needed some work done around the house after my longtime handyman moved away, so I put…read moreout a few feelers on Yelp and came across Frank's Handyman. Right from the start, Frank stood out. He responded quickly, took the time to answer all my questions, and actually gave thoughtful, straightforward answers. That matters to me. I'd much rather deal with someone who communicates clearly than someone who leaves you wondering when--or if--they're going to get back to you. We set up a time for him to come out, and he was there when he said he would be. Punctuality might seem like a small thing, but I really appreciate people who respect your time. There was no waiting around or wondering where he was. Frank ended up doing some electrical work for me, and I couldn't have been happier with how he handled it. He was professional, friendly, tidy, and--probably most importantly--he listened. I had some specific ideas about how I wanted things done, and rather than trying to talk me into doing it his way, he was accommodating and worked with me to get it done the way I wanted. That kind of service is becoming harder to find. In this economy, I think most of us are looking for two things when we hire someone: good value and someone we can trust. You never really know what kind of workmanship you're going to get until the job is finished. With Frank, I felt like I was dealing with someone who takes pride in his work and actually cares about doing the job right. The work was excellent, the communication was great, and there were no surprises. That's about all you can ask for when you bring someone into your home to work on your property. I'm genuinely glad I found Frank, and I'll absolutely be calling him again when I have another project. If you're looking for a handyman who is dependable, honest, skilled, and respectful of your home and your time, I highly recommend Frank's Handyman. Frank's the guy I'll be calling next time I need something done.
