I ordered the installation of some rancho adjustable shocks which Milo suggested last year. I finally got around to getting the fronts installed. Well anyway the wrong part came in and they installed the quick lift version. I didn't notice this til I got home. So I called and told them that there was a problem. (Haha, had the bro lean) So they ordered the correct part and had me back the next week to make it right. I've purchased shocks and tires from them since 2010. Interesting that my review has not shown up so again I will write a review of this disreputable company. Stopped to get tires with them against my better judgement and they don't know what an all terrain tire looks like. Once I hit 20k miles, I'm trashing them. They are crappy tires. When I told the owner that i did not like the tires and these were not all terrain, he brought out a mud tire. smh What prompted the 1 star which is too high in my opinion is that (you can connect the dots here and draw your own conclusion) I put the tires on a credit card I had not used in a few months and amazing that the next day there was an attempted charge on my card for an apple product of $1100.00. I hate apple products so I didn't do this in my sleep. And a charge of $527.00 for reservations for a hotel. A place called WalkSource. AND my brand new tags were missing from my car since I had just received them in the mail but had not put them on my car. I called UPD but since my credit union reimbursed me the $527, and the apple charge did not go through, UPD said I was not a victim. They said they would call and tell them they better not hear anything like this again. Well that was a slap on the wrist so here is the review to tell the local community that this is a disreputable business. I needed two tires for my 4runner before embarking on a road trip. I'd been putting it off forever because of quotes I'd received from other shops, and overall lack of funds. I'll admit, I was afraid to give Ceja a try because of their reviews, but a trusted friend recommended them. I'm so happy I listened to her! They had my size in stock, got me in immediately, and only charged me $166 out the door. Great prices and service. Never had a problem and they've always been honest on any repairs. For people complaining about wait times, call ahead and get an appointment. They are often busy and honor appointments. Otherwise it's on a first come basis. Best prices I have found in Ukiah not only for tires but other repairs as well. these people took off my wheel to change the tire. they put the wheel back on and broke off my lug nut and now it's stuck on the stud. three other tire shops in town looked at it and wouldn't touch it. one shop said they would probably end up destroying the wheel trying to get the nut off the stud. KELSO told me that the mechanic before him is to blame but the last guy didn't break off my lug nu, Ceja's did that part. he had the nerve to say he'd fix it for $120 more and at least an hour. Don't waste your time or money here. They have hidden fees and steal from you. They aren't honest and upfront. Used tires $60 each but failed to mention that mount and balance is extra. Be wary!! Poor service. Incompetent technicians. No they are not mechanics! I bought five tires to put on my vehicle. The old tires were old!!!! Cracking and had been sitting for years without use. They didn't replace the valve stems!!! All professional shops do. I got two flats in a month's time from bad valve stems. Free flat repair they say. I brought my first flat in for repair and waited four hours and he said they couldn't do it because they didn't have enough help. I bought five vale stems for $1.55 each great price. Then he said he gave them to me for free!!! He is a liar and manipulator!! Next time they finally replaced them then acted like they were doing me a favor. Low rate dive of a tire shop. My elderly mother went in with flat tires and wanted the pressure checked and the owner told her that her sensors must have gone out on her car? So. He left her leave unsafe @ 75 years old with flat tires and she left to go to Big O where she can actually get a service. Her tires by the way were under warranty with Ceja but they still refused her the service and let her leave with flat tires. Save yourself the trouble this place is AWFUL!!! I have only given this place my business twice and both times they told me that they had what I was looking for so I made an appointment. And both times when I went in after sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes was called up to the front counter just to be told that they didn't have what I needed/ what they told me that they had less than 12 hours prior. Wow!! Do Not Go Here. I went in to Ceja today with two tires for them to mount and asked if they could remove one locking lug off my tire I spoke with the owner mind you. I was told oh yes no problem it will be $50 I said great. I go to pick up my car after a couple hours and no phone call to pick up my car and my bill turned into $110... WTF! I asked repeatedly to talk to the owner and kept being denied. The city of Ukiah needs to investigate these people for fraud. Brought a work trailer to them for a full set of tires on admittedly oooold tires (I bought the trailer used). I shredded one the day before and put the spare on. Three weeks later I took the trailer home to central CA and noticed both tires on the curb side were low. My competent local tire guy said Ceja sent me on the road with the 13 year old valve stems! Are you kidding me? Guess what leaked. While replacing them, they noticed that the SPARE TIRE WAS STILL ON THE TRAILER!!!! The Ukiah shop didn't even bother to look at it and notice that it was not roadworthy; they just put the new tire in the spare slot in the trailer. Quality control is definitely missing. I had a nail in my tire and they plugged it. Did great fast work. 2 DAYS LATER I had another nail right on the sidewall. Need a new tire. They have to order one. Another tire shop has what I need so I say just put it back on. As I'm watching them and waiting the kid pulls the nail out and then try's to put it back in. As he says that I should just buy a plug from the shop because it is leaking. Well no s*** it is leaking. You just pulled out the nail and made it leak. He says I'm not going to argue with you. These guys are solid brothers! They made my 03 Duramax Suburban ride and drive like new! After having many mechanics look at my wife's grocery getter something was still not right with suspension and previous work done. Once I finally got the Duraburb over to the brothers at CEJA's Quality Tires they knew right away what she needed. They were able to navigate around my crazy schedule which stuck them with sitting on tires and parts for over a month. The second I was available they got me right into their shop and finished all the work in one day. I was most impressed. After driving the truck for a week ,when they were done with their work, I noticed little things like all of my tire balancing weights were installed on the inside of the rim not the outside which other numerous shops were too busy to correct for me. Ok, so I want to be upfront about the fact I did not purchase anything. My review is strictly based on the poor service I recieved while asking questions about tires, rims etc.. I also checked out Les Schwab and Big-O tires and found them much more receptive to me as a customer with lots of questions. I have driven by this place several times and finally had time to check this place out. I entered the showroom and was amazed by all the bling. The guy behind the counter was Milo. He was very dismissive of me. I asked about rims and tires for my truck and once I mentioned I was not interested in purchasing for a few weeks he basically walked away from me. I asked him point blank if there specific brand of tire or rim that he would recommend and his response was pretty milk toast. He said "whatever you want".... I said well is there a brand that you would suggest I stay away from, his response was, "nope". I asked more questions about what tires (a/t vs m/t) and size I could comfortably put on my truck, I could tell he was annoyed. Rather than quoting a price he said to bring the truck in when I was ready and he would work up a quote. As I was leaving, I offered to shake his hand. He gave me an odd look and barely extended his hand. You can tell a lot about a person by their handshake. I don't think this guy can be trusted and I think the reviews about poor customer servoce are pretty accurate. I had to get 2 tires for my car and began calling around Ukiah to get quotes. Ceja's had the best prices around. When I brought my car in without an appointment, they were able to get me right in. I only had to wait about 20-25 minutes total for them to install the new tires and rotate the ones I left on. The service was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service. I have been using these guys for years. I recently went in to get my tires replaced. I spent a great deal of money as I have every other time i've been here over the last 8 years. They have great selections and yes the time can take a little longer than we expect, but this is the reality of a busy business. As of today, I have a very different perspective on how I feel about their services. I feel they did an injustice to themselves and to me. The reputation of their business has been put at stake. I question ever going back there. This is my most recent experience: One of their mechanics, who didn't speak any english, (and i have no prejudice over this for I can speak in spanish), swore to me that I needed new front brakes and I had 2 days, maximum one week, to get these repaired. This was all translated to me in english by their other mechanic who was working on my truck. I told him thanks and I would take care of it. The next day, I went to my mechanic in santa rosa to have him do the work. Upon looking at the brakes, my mechanic told me that he is not allowed to replace my brakes. There is nothing wrong with them. If he was to tell me that I needed new brakes, he could get into serious trouble. The brakes on my truck come with a brand new life of 12mm. My brakes were at about 4-5mm which meant that it would last anywhere between 6 months to a year. And because i am not heavy on my brakes and use my gears to slow down, they can last me longer. While this was being said to me, a state inspector just happened to be at my mechanics shop. He overheard and confirmed this information. I got really frustrated with Ceja Tires. I made it a priority to go in and speak with the owner at Ceja Tires to share the information as well as the experience i had just encountered and to get a response. His response was that he was sorry that it went down that way and that he alsdoes not know what is being said and done in the back of the shop. I think this is a poor excuse. If you have employees making these kinds of decisions on your behalf, then they best be qualified to do so. And to do so properly so that your business doesn't get put at stake. It pisses me off to know that there are businesses taking advantage of their customers. With the sharing of truthful information and experiences, both good and bad, we can all make it a priority to expose any business entity that is in the art of taking advantage of their customers. We are what keeps them in business. It is up to us, the informed consumer, to force businesses into taking this seriously. read more

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!! I am new to the area due to getting a teaching job at one of the local middle schools and I haven't been treated this poorly at any kind of store in my entire life. While changing a tire they lost my center cap. First they tried telling me it was never there to begin with. Then they claimed they tried to order it but the style was discontinued. Then they said they ordered it, and said it again and then blamed me again and then said they were ordering it again and then never returned my phone calls over and over. Ceja's is a family owned business but it's not family friendly. If you don't know what you are doing they'll pick up your scent the moment you walk through the door and take full advantage of your naïveté regarding tires. i needed all new tires ( when I didn't), pushing an obscure brand on me at the same price as Toyo's. When I googled the tires they were pushing they had bad reviews and weren't rated for mud and ice as I'd asked for. They are slick salesman, fast movers and they'll have your truck or auto up on their wracks pulling off your tires before you can say, hey do I really need these? Plus they know just the right things to say to instill fear in your heart should you want to continue to drive on the tires you arrived with. They are not your friends though they act like they are. They are slick, professional salesman. Their motive from the moment the flash you a big smile is to get your money into their till. Went to cejas for new tires and as soon as my girlfriend told him we were going on a road trip cross country all of a sudden the back brakes pads are 90% gone and need replacing. When we got to Albuquerque NM we had the car checked and no new pads were put on the car. We were traveling cross country! 150.00$ down the drain thanks to milo and his bogus shop. I brought my 1985 Toyota Corolla in to purchase a used tire. What a joke. They tried to sell me a used tire with barely any tread left on it at all for $49. The tire was so bad that I ended up having them take it off and put a brand new one for $14 more. They didnt even dispose of my blown tire or put the spare in the correct storage spot like all other tire places do. They both were just thrown in my trunk. read more
