Let's start off with the fact that my sister booked this place for her birthday dinner. Ambiance was 10/10, i wish i can say the same about the service, food & treatment but i can't. We're now in 2025, still experiencing racism. Which is exactly what we dealt with dealing with the people here. We didn't feel welcomed from when we arrived. Rob who i was told was the manager, was a -2/10, as for the service & treatment gets the same rating. If you'd like to enjoy a drink & the scenery that would be the only reason i suggest this place. Yet of course, if you're a person of color I wouldn't dare. The only person who was kind & somewhat welcoming was Mike. We also left a review on OPEN TABLE where our reservation was booked, but after our HONEST review, they decided to cancel our reservation as if we didn't dine with them so nobody sees that review. Absolutely loved this place. The whole resort is amazing, the restaurant is beautiful, just amazing architecture and design. Great rooftop terrace to see the fireworks from the parks. The service and food were fantastic. We didn't even make it to the main entry because we ordered so many apps. We got the tuna taco, tuna tostadas, the guac, and my absolute favorite the carne Apache' which is the Mexican version of a beef tartare ( a must) the drinks were great and they had a Great tequila selection. We dined here tonight as a party of 4 with part of the restaurant hosting an event. It's beautiful inside and looks even better as the sun goes down. The views are great to watch the sunset, see fireworks from Disney World, and see Epcot Center lit up in colors. The food and service were excellent!! I am from CA so I know good Mexican food. I had the best esquites tonight! Sopes were another favorite as well as the enchiladas and flautas. The guac was unique and the crab was hearty! Drinks were unique and strong. The restaurant is gorgeous, the service perfect and the food was delicious! My husband made the reservation for outside seating but when we got there, we decided we'd rather sit inside. They accommodated us without any issue. They sat us in the bar lounge area, which was such a great people-watching area! I had a margarita and my husband had a Paloma. Both were perfect. We ordered the guacamole - 100% recommend! It was soooo good. Then we shared the chicken enchiladas verde. I will probably get that dish every time I return to Ceiba! For this restaurant to be fairly new it has its pros and cons. Pros being the ambiance/ decor/ atmosphere. Cons being the knowledgeability on menu items from servers, and quality of food . Coming from myself as someone who dines at Mexican restaurants quite often I did not taste the authenticity of the Mexican cuisine. The staff was beyond great but I feel a bit more training not just on front of house employees but also the back when the food is dished out or maybe an overall realignment on recipes . Unbelievably delicious food with well-developed flavor profiles. Each dish was well portioned and on point from staples like guacamole, tacos. I've never had any salsa that tasted as great as what was served to me while there. The sweetness of the tomato and the smoked heat of the peppers were really well balanced . I can still taste it now a few days after eating it as it was so memorable. The star, for me, was the special they had for Mother's Day which was Pozole. I believe they were testing it while for the day before considering putting it on the menu. But hopefully the put it on because even it managed to walk a fine line between hearty yet not over filling as only soups can do. A deep broth with hearty pork and corn, combined with crunchy cabbage was truly a taste and texture treat. The service was also top notch and I really can't get over the attention we were given and how knowledgeable the staff is. To wrap it off, the drinks are great and the view just can't be beat. I took my wife here for our anniversary and the atmosphere is gorgeous, very classy and the views are astonishing in this beautiful resort. With reservations we were greeted happily and seated quickly, our server Fransisco took us on a culinary journey, very knowledgeable on the menu and Mexican food in general, friendly and made us feel right at home. The idea of high end Mexican food always fascinates me. I think it's almost comical, but I am all for it. I've been waiting for a place to execute it properly and this place almost came close. The flavors were.....almost authentic and the food came out barely warm. To be blunt, the tacos tasted like a good Tex mex. Superrica in winterpark does a very good high end pastor taco. Also. Listen!!!! I booked this place on Jan. 5th (proof with be attached) found it on TikTok, loved the look. Leading up to the day, I changed my reservation from 6 to 7 attendees. Cool, they changed it. I get there and my quest were late I won't lie but one extra person showed up and it became 8 people. The manager, Rob came and said we couldn't add an extra chair because they were reserved. (Tables behind us were empty the whole night) he was just so rude, passive and blatantly racist. He mad us feel uncomfortable the whole night. I had one singular ballon and ripped it off the table and "no balloons on the tables" didn't see the ballon ever again. Whole night we felt unseen and awkward which they made sure that we did. We had an incident we wanted to talk to the manager and he never came to our table. They went out their way to make us feel unwanted. Remember, I said it was my birthday? & it was on the reservation, they did absolutely nothing which was fine but that goes to show you to the extent they went. Drinks were good, food was not good. Some servers were nice. After leaving I wrote a review on open table and they immediately cancelled my reservation to make it seem like I never went so my review would be deleted. What an absolutely gorgeous spot! I visited for just drinks and dessert, but the view and decor alone have me wanting to return for the full experience very soon. The desserts were absolutely divine, from the citrus-y bright passionfruit taco to richer, chocolate creations with dulce de leche and a little spice. My favorite of the night though was the delicious tres leches cocktail with a creme brulee top; this was the perfect dessert drink! It's a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was excellent - this is not your gigantic burrito drowning in tomato sauce and cheese place. We started with an excellent Asian pear, arugula and blue cheese salad. We split the Barbacoa - which was fall-off-the bone delicious and pulpo, chorizo and potato dish. I'm usually not a huge fan of octopus but this was delicious. Overall the meal was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I had let the restaurant know that my fiance and I were celebrating our engagement this weekend. Not only were we not acknowledged AT ALL, the service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes just for water. We then waited another 10 minutes for our actual waiter to come back and explain the menu to us, which he said he would. He joked that we were looking at pictures of the menu on google, but we had to since he hadn't come back yet. When we got our food, he really didn't say anything and never came back to check if we needed anything or if the food was enjoyable. He also smelled like alcohol, so he could've just been drunk. The restaurant itself is very nice, food is not near as good as the price. Conrad hotel is gorgeous. Just don't recommend having a nice romantic dinner here. Won't be returning. read more

Sat at the bar thinking we would get faster service, almost cashed out prior to ordering dinner. An attentive server approached us and we ended up ordering 3 taco dishes to share . He saved the night because we were thinking about leaving because no one would ask about our order. Prior to that, another friendly server took our simple guacamole order. We did not want the crab or caviar and she nicely said they would remove, however, forgot to mention that it would be the same price with or without. The most expensive plain guacamole we we've ever had $29. The tacos were good, we were overcharged for extra taco but they fixed it right away. We were glad for the servers that asked if we needed anything; it was still not the service we expected. The salsa is not your regular salsa in case you are interested. We were really upset that we chose to eat here for our newlywed date and ended up overpaying for guacamole and poor service . I'm extremely upset with my experience. The first visit ends in disappointment as the wait is excessively long, and their estimated wait times are completely inaccurate. We phoned ahead to inquire about a table for 2, and they assured us of immediate seating. Yet, upon arrival, we were faced with a 1-hour wait for a lounge table, but we made our reservation for the main dining area. They put us in the lounge and could not order from the main menu and had to use the lounge menu even tho we had a reservation for the main dining. On top of that, the whole menu is in Spanish with no translation. it's better to have your phone at hand. It's unfortunate. The resort is probably the best in Florida, but I won't be back at Ceiba. read more

Before you come here you need a Spanish class! The whole menu is in Spanish so you can't understand a single thing. Portions are very small but also very pricey. Desserts are probably the worst ideas ever. You can get a weird donut with some strange ingredients, chocolate mouse with red peppers in it, corn on the cob shaped something, and the weirdest one of all a taco made of some strange ingredients! I got the chocolate mouse because I didn't know there was red pepper crushed up in it! It was the worst dessert I've ever had and no I'm not exaggerating! Don't come here starving or with hungry kids. You won't get your food for a good hour at the least. I get they are just opening but they have a lot to work out at this restaurant if they want people to come here for dinner and not just drinks. The menu is traditional Mexican food like octopus and duck. Not even a salad is on the menu! Unless you are really into traditional Mexican food and not Tex mex come here. The views of Disney such as Epcot or magic kingdom are great and fireworks are amazing! You get a great view of the property too! But overall the food isn't great. You get very small portions for a very high price and food takes forever to come out. There isn't even a kids menu. You can get chicken or cheese quesadillas but they take an hour to come out. You have to beg for a quesadilla they weren't even going to make it!!! We had to beg them for a simple quesadilla we weren't asking for a steak or something!!! read more
