Whether you're a mechanic shop or a DIY'er, you'll be hard pressed to come up with a product they can't provide. === 3. SERVICE What is strange is that you may need to speak to an advisor/salesperson in the back...only to have to return all the way to the front to pay...and hope the lady in the front knows what the price is. (I'm not sure why one couldn't simply pay at the back when the item was being entered into the system with a price...) Having said that, the best part of the experience was having an advisor accompany me as we tried sockets of various sizes on unique winter wheels I had installed. We went in and out of the store to my car, eventually finding one that fit the tight lug nut openings and it saved the process of buying and trying/returning! === 4. ENVIRONMENT Lordco now resides in what used to be a Future Shop (Best Buy) and with car parts being as small as they are, the store looks cavernous - the high ceilings and low shelving contributing to the airy feel. It's bright, clean, and wide open to fit wheelchairs and baby strollers. Parking is plentiful in the shopping complex lot outside.

I became interested in cars after I started playing a video game called Grand Theft Auto 5. While I was modding virtual cars in the game, I started wanting to do that for a real life car! Haha. As a student on a budget, I'm not able to afford fancy cars or do expensive modding. But I could do something within my student wallet means on an older car. I decided the first thing I wanted to do was add on a spoiler. I talked to one of my car-loving friends and he recommended Garage Five Performance Tuning to me. I emailed Garage Five some inquiries, and Rob was polite and professional in his replies. I think he's the owner or manager. I bought a spoiler for my car on eBay and had it shipped from US to Canada. I was a bit nervous about this because I've never done anything like this before. I was really careful and did my due diligence in making sure it was correct for my car model and the factory paint matching the vehicle -- and I had emailed all of that to Rob. Rob was very helpful. He was transparent about pricing and on the time needed to install it. The staff at Garage Five were very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job installing the spoiler onto the car. They found a defective problem with the spoiler lights (which would be the fault of the eBay seller). I've uploaded a photo of the car spoiler. My car isn't yellow, I changed the color for privacy reasons. Thank you, Rob and Garage Five team!

We went to the office to ask about the part and was told to head to a big tent area and ask the person there for it. The tent was filled with so many motor parts and many more outside. The whole place looked like a junkyard except it was all about automobiles. The broken cars all stacked up and others just waiting to be smashed reminded me of the movie "Cars". The guy couldn't find the part in the tent and we followed him outside to another section filled with engines. He quickly removed the alternator from the engine. Unfortunately the amp was a different one from what we have. We told the staff inside the office. They tried to find some but there was none. They were helpful in telling us to try other auto shops which may have the parts. No hard selling or pressure tactics here.
