This daycare is not reliable and has poor communication. Every week there is someone calling out…read moreand the staff does not advise anyone of this info until they are there dropping off their children. There is no back up for the teachers that call out so the parents have to find an alternative or just call out of work. They will not issue a refund even though they are not allowing the children to be at daycare. Very dissatisfied with how the 2 owners do not reach out to parents prior to them getting to the school. A 30 day termination was provided, and the next morning the owner handed me a early termination, stating that my child will no longer be enrolled as of that day. The owner was aware that I had to be at work at 8 am, the early termination was handed to me at 7:45 am. The app is not for daily updates, it is only for signing in and out. Worker asked for me to stop calling and checking on my child and said "she was fine" . If there were actually updates on the app like they advertise I would not have to call. 0 STARS. I would never recommend, especially if you are solely dependent on this child care.

She is organized, patient, and truly cares about every child. She sets the tone for the whole center. The two year old class is the best. Ms Wanda and Ms D take such good care of my child. They are patient, hands on, and always smiling. My little one comes home happy every day. The Georgia Pre K teachers, Ms Louise and Ms Katie, are wonderful. They keep the kids learning while still making it fun. My child has grown so much in their class. After school with Ms Nadia is always a good time. She keeps the kids active and safe until pickup. Also a big shoutout to Ms Jones at the front. She is kind, helpful, and always greets us with a smile. I highly recommend Childcare Network. They really treat your kids like family.

Mrs. Tee is nothing short of amazing and proactive with the kids at this learning center. My 2 year old son was not social at all, kind of none verbal and did not care to interact with other children and just after about going on 2 months of being here, his learning milestones and motor skills have drastically improved. He comes home saying random colors, words and singing the good morning song. He plays more well now with his peers and cousins of his age. He plays with his toys correctly now lol and walks into the learning center happily and proud and I am so appreciative of this! Mrs. Tee proactively works towards each kids needs and is very helpful with the developmental and learning skills that they need! It is like a home inside a home and the aurora around is amazing! I value this learning facility to fullest because it is just that, my son actually learns, and it is more than a daycare! 10 out of 10 I would recommend. Workers come to work with dog hair on them, you never see anyone wash their hands, you dropped your kid off in one person or two people's care but while your gone someone else you never met will be taking care of your child. They pull teachers from the other building. Blame everything on being short staffed or the parent or the child, accountability is definitely lacking. While there are select few who actually care it's definitely not enough to leave your child here trust me! The prices don't even make sense you're basically paying for full time services even if you need part time. There's literally nobody to advocate for you if anything happens such as incidents or mishandling paperwork or payments. You want your child to attend a place they are happy to be tour and just get a feel for the kids personalities you can tell the worst part of their day is attending this place. If you're looking for any type of interactive learning here you won't find it. If you're looking for someone to actually pay attention to your child or build some type of bond with them you won't find it here. It is truly scary this establishment hasn't been looked into for several things actually.

Our experience at Theami Montessori school has been truly incredible! My 4-year-old loves going to…read moreschool every day. The hands-on activities and interactive learning environment keep him engaged and excited about discovering new things. Every time we walk outside, I am constantly getting questions about the sky, the moon, leaves, different animals, just anything he sees and reads. He is constantly curious and has so many questions. As a second-year student, I've seen such growth in his independence, he picks out his own clothes, makes his bed, cleans up after himself including sweeping and vacuuming if necessary. Mrs. Shahnaj is incredibly attentive and is always encouraging my child to explore at their own pace. The mixed-age classroom is wonderful for helping him develop social skills, and he is learning to communicate and cooperate with children of all ages. My son started when he was 3 and immediately Mrs. Shahnaj noticed areas he needed to improve on with his social and emotional development and started to work on correcting it. She also let me know things I can work on to improve his emotional development at home and now I can truly see a difference. We are still working on some things but there have been major changes. Montessori school operates differently than public school, which I love. The children go at their own pace and each child focuses on what they need to develop. Each child is working on different things, but every child is still exposed to all areas. My son has learned so much in his year and a half he has been there. He has developed skills I know he will use for the rest of his life. I couldn't be more pleased with the development my child has experienced during his time at Theami. It's been a wonderful experience, and I'm excited to see how he continues to thrive in this supportive, enriching environment!
