I was met by Assistant Director, Wanda, when I came in, and I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. She took me on a detailed tour of the entire facility. We poked our heads in all the rooms and were met by smiling, happy teachers and smiling happy kiddos. After my tour, I felt comfortable with the idea that my son would spend most of his time there. I enrolled my baby at four months. He fell in love with his teachers in the baby room, and they fell in love with him. I just can't say enough about Miss Donna, Miss Callie and Miss Jennifer. They are all the SWEETEST. My husband and I moved to Griffin, and the 25 minute commute to day care (one way) was killing our day, so we had to move our son out. I was seriously so sad to have to take him out. He would have moved into the 1 year room soon, and I loved the teacher I met in there as well. For extra warm and fuzzies, they do have cameras so you can check in on your child. When we first started, their cameras were down, so we had to kick it old school and just trust. Once the cameras were back up, I never felt like I had to check in. I knew my son was in great hands. I don't miss one single thing in Henry county except this place...oh, and Target, but honestly, that's it.

The management is half ass at best it's basically a place to hang out and get a check. Our daughter has been here since she was 10 weeks now she is two. We have been through multiple sicknesses which where never posted by management to make parents aware. We have had to deal with thing like hand foot and mouth twice, flu, several stomach bugs, strep and even scabies. None of these incidents where ever posted. They have poor security and the facility door is always open people ate rarely at the front desk classroom doors are unlocked and the have cameras but they have not worked in two years. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Workers come to work with dog hair on them, you never see anyone wash their hands, you dropped your kid off in one person or two people's care but while your gone someone else you never met will be taking care of your child. They pull teachers from the other building. Blame everything on being short staffed or the parent or the child, accountability is definitely lacking. While there are select few who actually care it's definitely not enough to leave your child here trust me! The prices don't even make sense you're basically paying for full time services even if you need part time. There's literally nobody to advocate for you if anything happens such as incidents or mishandling paperwork or payments. You want your child to attend a place they are happy to be tour and just get a feel for the kids personalities you can tell the worst part of their day is attending this place. If you're looking for any type of interactive learning here you won't find it. If you're looking for someone to actually pay attention to your child or build some type of bond with them you won't find it here. It is truly scary this establishment hasn't been looked into for several things actually.

This facility screams quality care from the time you enter and leave. The owners are two men, who would've thought. it's almost like Daddy Daycare. Those gentlemen have really set a standard for Early Learning Childcare facilities. The center has it all it is beautifully and intentionally designed for Early Learning. The owners gave me a tour and not only did the place look beautiful it smelled just as nice as it looked and they were just as nice. They took time with me and walked me through the entire process of how they educate the whole child. I've had July children in their care now for a little over 6 months and I absolutely DO NOT know how I am going to cope when my girls have to transition to Kindergarten. They use to provide me with daily updates but now that my girls are in their Pre-k program I get monthly progress reports and weekly updates. I pray they have plans to implement a Kindergarten program. All I can say is if you are looking for quality care and education this is the best I've experienced since my girls have been attending daycare!

Our daughters 2 time going to daycare but she had a break and wasn't use to being left alone without mom or dad. For the first month she cried and I thought this wasn't going to work. Second month she cried but not as much. Some was becoming impatient with her but the most was encouraging to her and myself that my baby will come around. She did. And it was because of the staff at this school. She loved going she learned a lot of nursery rhymes and learned how to count and to mention my daughter was just turning one when she started going. She went about 7 monthS. We had to part ways because we're relocating to a different state. If not she would've been still there along with the new baby. Thank you again

Parents please don't ever send your kids to Towne Square Academy. Today I picked my child up and…read moreshe had poop on her back and dried up poop on her clothes. I talked with the teacher who stated she didn't see it. If you changed her you clearly need to wipe her whole bottom and make sure that she is clean. Called the director and wanted to speak to her and she stated she would talk to be about it tomorrow face to face. I need you to have a conversation with me about it now before I bring my child back. Called the wiener who stated " the teacher is nice " nice doesn't clean my baby, nice doesn't keep her safe and help her develop when she is in your care. I have had SEVERAL issues with them and they all were swept under the rug. I have asked them not to give her bananas and they continue to do so. I have found them lying on the daily report sheet saying she was changed at 2:30 but she was home with me at the time. Literally ever week since she was enrolled there( she was only there 2 months I believe) there has been a issue. I took a container of wipes on a Monday and on Thursday they stated that my baby need more wipes....how????? Then they attempted to lie and say they found the wipes but I physically held the two container that I brought there and they BOTH were empty. Trust and believe this is the worst thing you could do to your kids. I wouldn't send my child if even if they gave me a week free. And by the way as you can see my baby had Cheerios and that was not on her sheet of what she ate today

Im not sure what's going on with the director at this school (Ms. Gloria) but for the PAST MONTH…read more(entire month of December) She's been coming to the building PAST the cut off time for my child to be there. She leaves her responsibility up to the teachers that are there until whenever she feels like coming in, which is insane because no teacher in there should know any of my business when it comes down to my account, especially with card payments!!. It was times when I wanted to pay my weekly tuition but she was literally never there! but she's SO QUICK to add the $35 late fee. I would call up to the school until she got there and it would be around 11am - 12pm when she would pick up. If you're the director of the school then why are you late everyday?? Does she work part time?? It's very unprofessional. Her tone and attitude is also EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sometimes it's simply how you say it but no... she says whatever she wants to say and it comes out her mouth however it does. Oh and not just us parents but also to those teachers! Ive walked in on multiple conversations throughout the day of her and teachers going back and forth. When interacting with her, you can tell she's having a bad day and that seems to be often. God bless the staff and the work environment that they're in because if it was me I would QUIT. If I can't have a trusted director here and see any improvement , I will be taking my child out of this location.
