Double queen room

This is one of the best hotels near SeaTac airport! It's a cute little escape from the busy roads and a nice oasis! The hotel has living room areas in each building with couches and chairs to lounge in, with a refrigerator stocked with yogurts, string cheese, ice cream, bags of ice and dispensers of granola, trail mix and chocolate malt balls you can help yourself to! The beds and pillows are comfy! Each room features a soaking tub, an in room refrigerator & coffee machine. There is a large gym with a hot tub, free weights, and machines. The outside area has ponds, beautiful trees and truly feels like an oasis! The staff is very kind and friendly. I look forward to staying at this hotel on my frequent trips to SeaTac!

What a better way to end and start of the year in the newly renovated building with view of the garden. Walking paths around the property we had a quick access to the pup's trail. Pet friendly suite near the exit. Lounge area with plenty of snack options. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and people watching. Bed was comfy. Small fridge, safe, robes, coffee, tea in the room. Perfect get away! RRR

Vanir party. What a beautiful place to stay, eat and celebrate friends for Christmas. The rooms were comfortable, and clean, with a beautiful view at night. The party was fun and catered well. The staff amazing! Thank you Vanir Construction for the festivities and giving us a great place to stay and thank you Cedarbrook lodge for all of the hospitality. We definitely will stay again.

Tranquil setting

Absolute tranquility! The beds were perfect, the room spacious, the service superior!

What an awesome hotel near SeaTac. Just attended a conference at this hotel and stayed there for three nights. The grounds are beautiful and my room was so comfortable. I love the lounge area with the snack goodies and ice cream. The food and conference rooms were up to date. After a day at the conference, the gym had enough equipment for strength training and a really fun cardio bike that you could race on the monitor screen with other cyclists, basically playing a video game while working out. Every morning in the lobby was fresh Starbucks coffee and tea. I also enjoyed the hot tub. I stayed on site even on free time instead of going into Seattle, because the hotel is so enjoyable. Also complimentary shuttle to and from SeaTac!

Absolutely wonderful place only 10 minutes from the airport! Peaceful, clean, great service and food!

The Lodge grounds are beautiful even in the rain.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently. We enjoyed the quiet and wooded atmosphere, just a 10 minute FREE shuttle ride from SeaTac Airport. The food in their restaurant was excellent and their front desk staff welcoming and efficient. You may opt for "full-service housekeeping," but need to let them know the day before. In retrospect, next time I'll ask for it every night. Otherwise, the garbage doesn't get emptied, you have to request more toiletries, towels, etc. I would have given 5 stars, but the coverings on the desk chair and bench next to the mirror in our room were badly worn and detracted from the room. We have a lot of family in the area, so we will stay here again on our next visit.

I should have complained last time I had nearly the same issue. I just encountered a terribly rude employee by the name of Tyson. He was extremely condescending, snarky and not what you would ever expect at Cedarbrook Lodge. This isn't the first time my fridge hasn't worked. Issue is I have medication and cannot leave it unattended. I also have 3 days worth of meals with me. I actually wrote a review of my experience here where they switched 3 rooms because each room was used. Filthy sheets, towels with make up, hair everywhere, half a cup of coffee when I walked in sitting on the counter, blow dryer out, comforter on the counter, bed unmade and night before that happened when I checked in the fridge wasn't working. Someone was nice enough to switch out fridges. Well I've encountered the same issue this evening. I have less than a 10 hour layover here and Tyson said he would have to put me in an unqualified room. My company negotiates what rooms we can be in. I asked him why he can't just switch out fridges. He said he doesn't know how. I said I know how, you just unplug it. So at this evening, he tells me to go to another room with him to unplug the fridge. I'm not making this up! This person was consistently being sarcastic and foolish and not the standards I thought cedarbrook has. When my family and I come to Seattle, we always stay here. Not anymore. He also went as far as calling me by a name after I told him I don't use that name to be a jerk. I hope they record these calls because I honestly think he would be fired. My company has had us staying here for many years. I've never had issues until recently. It's absurd to treat anyone in this manner and expect them to go to a room with you because you don't know how to unplug a fridge? How did you get hired? You work at a hotel that is a customer service driven business. I shouldn't have to do your job for you. I will be reporting this and my past experience to my company because I could have called in fatigue to my job last time with little to no rest on a short layover. Very disappointing and unacceptable behavior from Tyson.

My first stay at this hotel was a couple of years ago; same day booking when my flight was cancelled. I had a pleasant stay and decided to book again when I had a training in the area during Covid. It's a nice escape, despite being located near Sea-Tac airport. The hotel property has streams/creeks meandering throughout the property because it is located on 11 acres of wetlands. Check-in was smooth and staff wore a mask with a plexiglass divider. On my first visit, our room was located in the main building and the room was on the small side. However, I remembered there was a community snack area with a freezer of mini Haagen-Dazs. Nice. On this visit, we had a room in another building, but our room was still small. However, we had a better view (last visit the view was a parking lot), but the parking lot was a little bit of a walk. We never bumped into any guests in our building, so it seems they space people well during Covid. Although they still had a community snack area, this time, there was Chocolate malt balls, trail mix, chocolate covered raisins. Also, they had a water filter to refill your water containers and bottled waters. When we had a problem with some plumbing, staff was quick to provide us another room with a discount. Nice. I recommend when near the airport.

Cedarbrook Lodge is a hidden enclave of Rustic Pacific Northwest charm that seems impossibly close to SeaTac Airport and feels worlds away. You turn left just past the SeaTac Hilton Garden Inn to enter a winding passageway under a canopy of tall pine and cedar trees, where a beautiful rustic lodge awaits. The rooms are beautiful, the food is classically Pacific Northwest with a modern gourmet interpretation (think smoked scallop chowder, Alaskan cod fish and chips and salmon) and the service is incredible. 10/10. The free airport shuttle is fast and convenient and the views are spectacular. You will definitely forget you are anywhere near the airport. It feels more like an exclusive getaway on the Puget Sound.

Motel 6. Rooms for a quarter the price, reliable shuttle, and courteous staff. CL failed on all accounts. Pity.

When we did pull in, the entrance for cars was small and packed. Three cars and a shuttle bus... no more room except to pop up on the sidewalk. The shuttle driver was trying to get the cars moved so he could turn in at the lobby. Really poor development design. The lobby was well lit with plenty of signage. The staff were very smooth and polite. I asked about parking and was told that there is underground parking for a fee?!? Go down a tight left hand turn and there is a card scanner. Use the room key to open the shuttered gate. The fee gets charged to your room. I made reservations online and never spoke to a human. There was no mention at all on the website regarding parking. I chose this location because the satellite imagery on the computer showed an open parking area. Apparently that was the Doubletree hotel next door. So on top of the expensive room I also have to pay an additional $25 just to park here for the one night. I feel deceived by this omission about parking. The staff apologized and agreed with my frustration. At least the parking basement is locked, caged and secured. Nobody is breaking into THAT basement. The room is very nice with the exception of this sliding barn door on rollers for a bathroom door. Wow, only just better than a shower curtain for a door. The rest of the room is open, airy and clean. The beds are firm and the furniture is comfortable. The carpeting is in good condition. There is plenty of room to unpack and hang clothes. The room has an iron and board, but only has three small 'sock drawers'. The shower, however, is very spacious and the bathroom has a hairdryer. The room is also equipped with a fairly large mini fridge as well as a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. PRO TIP: We're here because we board a cruise ship tomorrow. After this experience and one similar last month.... I have learned that from now on, just get the initial few hundred miles of driving done, then find a small place OUTSIDE of the city where prices are more reasonable and you don't have to pay fees for everything. Next time I will stay outside of Seattle then only need an hour or so on the freeways to finish the destination the next day.

For this trip, though, we did not have the pups and had a painfully early flight, so we decided to stay close to the airport the night before. It's actually a really nice place. Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the front drive experience was great. I think the person who helped us at the front drive was named Ratchet (apologies if I'm getting that wrong), the only guy out front on New Year's Eve. With a full service Marriott, you generally know what you're getting, an updated, very clean room. One thing that stood out here was that the rooms have hardwood floors, which was interesting and a bit unexpected. Some of the rooms face inward toward the interior of the building. We had dinner and drinks at Aqua Terra, and it was definitely worth it. Our server, Jone, was excellent and made great recommendations. The airport shuttle was a huge plus. It runs every 15 minutes, and they have several shuttles going, which made the early morning departure way less stressful. Overall, a solid choice if you are looking for a convenient airport hotel, especially if you have an early flight or your flight gets delayed and you suddenly need a place to stay.

But no need since they have shuttles that run about every 20 minutes to the airport. Also, you can grab the light rail from the airport, which means you can head into downtown Seattle for a measly $3, way cheaper than any other type of transportation. I do like the buffet breakfast a lot, higher quality than some of its peers. They usually have some interesting meats and cheeses, and will make an omelet with bespoke ingredients as part of the buffet. However, sometimes service can be a bit hit or miss. The last time I was there in April 2026, my waitress seemed like she was out of it and charged me the wrong price. I did manage to get it cleared up, but it was frustrating. This hotel has really nice conference rooms and function space. I also think overall the staff is pretty nice. Usually, some of the elevators are not working, which is frustrating. On day three, the service elevator was suddenly accessible to those who needed it, but two days went by before it was offered as an option. Housekeeping was inattentive. I left the room at 8:30 in the morning, without the do not disturb sign on. I could see the carts moving down the hall, so I knew they had been working on rooms. At 2 pm, I could see no carts in the hallway and the room hadn't been made up. I called and asked for extra towels and asked when they would get to the room. They sent someone especially to straighten the room, since they were done for the day. No one ever brought extra towels, though. The breakfast restaurant was a great idea, but our server was definitely on something. She was very out of it. At one point, she dropped the coffee pot off at our table by mistake and didn't give us the bill but demanded our credit cards. Twenty minutes later she came back and told us that we forgot to sign the slips. No. She never dropped them off for us to sign, plus she'd kidnapped our credit cards so we were unable to leave. When she finally brought them back, she had double charged us. We tried to get help and no one, including the manager wanted to help when it was the server's error. We kept being told that she was on her way. It took her fifteen minutes to come out of the kitchen to help fix it and then another five minutes to figure out how to fix it. Ridiculous. The shuttle and luggage hold were great. Every twenty minutes the shuttle would pick up at the airport and drop off at the hotel. It was extremely easy and convenient.
