I went in the winter to get the salt off of my car and I have no complaints. My brother also stopped here in the winter and he said he had to knock the sludge off of his wheel wells because it was too thick for the wash but o didn't have that issue. They also have $6-$8 washes, self serve wash bays, and vacuums. I was offered a moist towelette for my dashboard with my Gold wash and I got a loyalty card where you buy 10 washes and you get a free Gold wash. I'll definitely be returning as the location is convenient and efficient.

As a preface, my wife and I had been going here since we moved into the area about 6 months ago…read more Had good previous experiences and would have recommended this place to others...until today. Stopped in for a good wash ($10, but they spend a decent amount of time washing it by hand), and gave the attendant my credit card to pay. After about five minutes he comes back to me with two recents and a scowl on his face. He informs me that he ran and charged my card twice because my name wasn't coming up on the receipt. After looking at the receipts it is plain to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that his printer is running out of ink. I tried to ask him why he ran my card twice, and he said I would have to place a stop charge with the credit card company and he wouldn't be doing a refund. I informed him that his machine was running out of ink and he turned downright belligerent on me, basically accusing me of trying to scam him somehow, and that id need to pay in cash or leave. So, I obviously left as I wasn't going to be paying $30 for a car wash to some rude and confused epsilon-minus semi moron who accused a paying customer of trying to commit fraud. Hope he felt stupid when the same thing inevitably happened to the next customer paying by credit. I'll be filing a chargeback for sure, and reaching out to try and contact management. Bizarre.

In-between oil changes I have stopped there to have my fluids/tires checked, they have even changed a headlight for me free of charge. There was one incident where they made a big mistake during an oil change. The bottom line is they owned it, came out to my house to make it right and compensated me for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but I think it is how you handle the mistake that tells the true story of a business. They also own a car wash and if you get your oil changed, they give you a deal on the car wash. Overall, Outshiner provides very friendly, efficient, professional service.

Then I went in for a full oil change. The only person there did the oil change but just drained the oil and filled the oil. Nothing else was done. No checking of the air filter. No checking of any other liquids. They didn't show me the dipstick after adding the oil. I just hope I got the right oil that I paid for. I actually had to ask for the tire's air to be checked. The Service Check List is wrong. Did not check my lights. Did not check the transmission level or brake fluid. I really don't think I got all of the services for the price I paid. It was about $20 more than I usually paid. Since they went down to one person, the service has been terrible. Hire more people for better service. On a side note, when I drove in, they were in their car. When they came up to me, they smelled like a skunk. I will leave it as that.
