ROBBIE CASPER Was amazing they showed me where it had been like that but apparently the car dealership I bought it from had rigged it to where it was barely holding on Robbie went and got clips that originally were missing from my car out of his garage and put them on my car to make the piece stay in place. They didn't charge me anything and was so nice. They did not have to do that but they have no idea how that wonderful gesture and taking care of something that no one else would and they didn't do might I add, changed my whole day! We drove to two different shops seeking help. The first, the guy checked our tire and told us we had two nails in it. He was unable to do anything to help fix it but sent us to a nearby shop that could possibly patch it for us. We drove to the shop and they were too busy to help us but said we could come back the next day. We didn't want to chance it so we googled the next closet tire shop and found Battleground Tire. We drove to their location and told them what we were told. Immediately, they told us not to worry, invited us to leave the car parked and to come into the cool sitting area while they took care of the service requested. Their staff were extremely friendly and we paid less than $30, a huge value, to have the tire patched up. Because of the friendly and honest service we received, and the unbelievable price, we will definitely return for any future work. Last year I went in for a simple oil change and ended up with a year-long payment plan for 'required' items. Tires were pushed aside for other things they said were more urgent, and the whole experience felt like a sales pitch, not a service. Oak Hollow has been the complete opposite every single time. I've come here before for inspections, and they've always treated me with respect and clarity. This time, they passed my inspection but also took photos of my tires and explained what would likely come up next year. They printed three tire options without me asking and talked me through each one. What really stood out is that they recommended the lowest price option -- not because it was cheap, but because it made sense for my driving habits and the fact that my car has only reached about 40,000 miles in seven years. They didn't assume anything about me, didn't pressure me, and didn't try to upsell. There's a reason I'm willing to make an appointment and come back the next day, even though other inspection places are closer. Oak Hollow treats people right, and they've earned my loyalty.

In the last couple of months I had gotten a new battery for my car but I got in it one day last week and it wouldn't turn over. NOTHING. I suspected it may be the starter, the alternator, a blown fuse or even worse, computer or electrical issues. I was able to start it with a jump, but any time I turned it off, it would not start again without one. Mike and Steve were able to get me in pretty quickly. These guys have a lot of integrity and perform good, honest work. They discovered the only thing wrong was faulty/loose battery cables and they got the repairs done quickly. The repair cost me less than $100. I'm grateful to have such a great auto shop in my area. I will be a customer for life here!
