We are so thankful for the service and great care we were given. Dakota is the Service Manager and…read moreMia was the mechanic who performed the service for my niece, a local school teacher. At first it appeared we needed a new $880 starter based on the computer readout. Well this is where they kicked it over the top with service and honesty: Mia cleaned the connections and tightened. Started right up!!! $880 became $20. This type of human touch is rare. Thank you. My niece has an honest shop to deal with in Thomasville. Thank you Dakota and Mia! Merry Christmas.

I ended having to spend $227, and serpentine belt should be a an hour job, got there at 11 had to wait they took my car back and took them 2 hours to come to me with another quote trying to upsell me on sparkplugs which I just changed and a check engine light they could solve the last time I brought it in. Authorized the belt replacement was told it would be 15 minutes to get the belt and 30 minutes to install. Over an hour later Jeremy comes back and they got the wrong damn belt and have to wait for the right belt. Another hour finally my car is done get over charged compared to the quote drive my car home park it and don't touch it again until I have to go to work last night where I realize they didn't put a single fucking clip back in to hold up my fender. Call and speak to spencer who tells me they would charge me another $20 to fix that and they don't have my clips/there weren't any when I brought it in. Fuck this place go to mavis, go to quality tires, or go to West main anywhere but here!

I sat with them while my car was getting worked on. I was a bit uncomfortable with them talking about bankruptcy while I was in their presence, but did my best to ignore, and not eavesdrop. They replaced a battery on my Honda CR-V, and asked me to return the next day for the tires. In replacing the battery, the Honda computer systems did not come back online. They told me they tried to fix them, but could not, and that it would be no problem for the dealership to do so. This knocked out everything from lane assist to cruise control. The next day a sensor went off 1 minute from leaving them- the technician had not filled the tires back up after putting them on. Then I get a text from them asking if a headlamp was in my car. Finally my "no problem" reset to the computer systems cost an additional $114 at the Honda dealership. Please be aware of this potential, if you are considering letting them change your battery. When I texted to let them know this had happened, their response was offensive to the point that I felt compelled to let others know of their customer service.

I still think you should have maintained a professional standpoint and returned the parts before a bad review like this forced you to. Again, this shop is a nightmare and in my personal opinion will continue to go downhill as long as Greg is in control of customer relations!
