These financial places pay these places in full for the vehicles when contract is signed and customers pay the financiers back the loan. The over price vehicles, some have been wrecked with no explanation of damage, some are fleet vehicles from Texas Louisiana etc with salt and sea air exposures. The salespersons aren't knowledgeable about vehicles or the process, they simply try to bait you in and sell. The management there does not call or contact or speak with individuals even when ask to speak to management. You get crickets. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for vehicles. Service and sales are shady and shoddy at best. Turning them in to Virginia motor vehicles board and letting their financiers know so they can be throughly audited and hopefully clean up their act in relations to sales, service, and relations with th public. Apparently it had been changed 30k miles ago so it SHOULD have had almost another 100k miles before that needed to be changed.
