The planning process was made comfortable as possible. We had in mind what we were doing before hand but was out the window when we actually had to do it. The funeral director was completely understanding and went into the options available to us. It turned out to be a very tasteful and proper service. My biggest issues with Weber was the fact that I paid extra money to have them process the insurance claim. Two months later, my sisters and I received letters that we needed to provide information to process the claim. Though this was taken care of within a matter of days, it should have never gotten to me having to contact them and question what was going on. Months after my mother's passing, there was never the temporary grave marking on my mothers grave as promised in the consultation for the services. I eventually had to make one of my own as I feel it would be disrespectful to have her in an unmarked grave even if it is only until the stone is complete and set.
