Our young son passed away and then just one month later my father-in-law passed. Jonathan and his staff provided a beautiful funeral service for my father-in-law and took care of so many little details that we did not even think of. For example, after the services were over, we received the keepsake that contained the guest book and also every card that came with each set of flowers that were sent along with a photo of each arrangement so we could always remember how beautiful everything was. We decided to bury our boy and Pop together in one ceremony. Jonathan took care of everything for us, including communicating with the cemetery and the sending us drafts of how the stone would look. Because of COVID-19, the burial service was limited but Ludwick arranged for livestream and permanent link. The livestream began with a beautiful video montage of photos of our son and Pop with all of us. It played to our son's favorite Beatles songs. It was so very moving. Along with that link is options to purchase a keepsake book, flash drive of the entire video and much more. During such a tragic time, Jonathan and his staff have such compassion. From what I've heard, they were among the least expensive options, but it would be hard to tell that from the service. The home is beautiful, with a large open parlor (they open the second floor for coffee and if you need some time away, which was incredibly welcome). The staff was very professional, and helped run a few different small touches, like a slideshow DVD, that made everything feel customized for us.
