I called three offices in the area, and Steim Family Dentist was the only one that offered to get me in the next day!! Fast forward to procedure day. The front desk employees are welcoming and efficient. The office is clean and cozy. The dental assistant was so cheerful and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and helped me feel calm. Another woman came in to inject the numbing medication. This woman was the absolute best!!!! I never felt the pinch or the pressure of the injection that I have always experienced in the past! Well done!!!! The dentist is also friendly and calming. He let me know step you step what was happening during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I'm quite pleased with the finished work as well. If you are on the Olympic peninsula, I highly recommend Steim Family Dentist!!!!

We later went to a specialist in Tacoma for an implant evaluation, only to discover the entire extraction site was severely infected. The Tacoma specialist had to perform a deep cleaning, and we were informed the probability of a successful implant is now very low due to how this was handled. Communication from the Sequim office has been terrible. I called twice and was promised a callback, which never happened. After sending a strong email, the dentist finally called, claimed everything was done properly, pointed out that there was actually another tooth that was infected and promised a follow-up email. That email never arrived. In the end, we deeply regret our decision to trust this office with his care. After thinking about this situation I realized that the dentist didn't offer refund. Will actually follow up with insurance about this.

Linda and Grace in the front office are always warm, friendly, caring, and welcoming. They are helpful with scheduling and reminders, going the extra mile to accommodate. Dr Marr explains carefully and does expert, beautiful dental work. I like her optimistic manner. She replaced my damaged front tooth, matching it perfectly to my other front tooth. I am 79 and have been a patient since moving to Sequim from San Diego... 19 years. The dental care is exceptional...state of the art and PAINLESS. It's been wonderful watching Dr. Marr's children come forth and in the beginning there was always a baby under the front counter. Today Callie, the Dental Hygienist, probed, used the ultra sound device, scaled and then polished my teeth. It was the best dental prophylaxis I have ever experienced. Hadlock Dental Center rocks!!!!…read more I had a bridge, which was installed by another dentist years ago, come out, and one of the supporting teeth was pretty much crumbled away. Dr. Gile was able to see me very quickly and evaluate the situation. I was scheduled for an extraction a few weeks out, as it was not an urgent issue, and when I went in for the procedure, everything about the visit was friendly, relaxed, and positive. Shoot, it almost felt like fun! The office staff is very competent and gentle. They even called me later that afternoon to let me know I had forgotten my prescription mouth rinse. The assistant who got me set up in the chair and who assisted Dr. Gile was very accommodating. I am recovering from a collision, so I needed a neck pillow, and she offered two different types, making sure I was comfortable. I also asked for shaded glasses, and again, two options were offered. The hygienist who administered the novocaine (or whatever is used these days) was an artist. Top-notch technique! Dr. Gile is very relaxed, jovial, and cheerful (but not over the top). He is also supremely competent. I was expecting a much more difficult procedure, but it was over in no time flat. During the procedure, he even asked if I wanted to know details as he went along, I voted "No thanks", so he just let me know the basics, like when I would feel pressure. He called me in the evening to check on me, and again he was very friendly and upbeat. A previous visit a year or so ago to another dentist in a nearby town had left me very upset, panicked, and confused as to my options and feeling like my concerns were silly and irrelevant. My visit to Hadlock Dental Center was the polar opposite. I recommend them highly!

The front desk employees are welcoming and efficient. The office is clean and cozy. The dental assistant was so cheerful and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and helped me feel calm. Another woman came in to inject the numbing medication. This woman was the absolute best!!!! I never felt the pinch or the pressure of the injection that I have always experienced in the past! Well done!!!! The dentist is also friendly and calming. He let me know step you step what was happening during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I'm quite pleased with the finished work as well. If you are on the Olympic peninsula, I highly recommend Steim Family Dentist!!!!

Hayden is professional, thorough and does a great job. Facility is clean. The office staff nice, greet patients and also thank the patients as the patients leave after their visits. Costs reasonable. Convenient location. Very glad Dr Irwin bought this practice.

Dr. Irwin is by far the best I've been to. he doesn't make you feel bad for the condition of your teeth. He comes up with a plan to get things fixed and he gets it done. in my case he fixed my teeth beautifully when so many other Dentist before him said they couldn't. On top of that staff is amazing. all around 5 stars!!!
