This young couple can do it all. Caitlin was VERY responsive to all communication. She scheduled all work/people then followed through with communication. I knew exactly what to expect. If you need help with plans and products, she'll be great with that. If you know exactly what you want and communicate that to her, she'll be great with that as well. We've done two projects with this company, and we have one or two more we hope to accomplish with them. No job is too small, and I am quite sure they're up to pretty big tasks! The owner and only employee, Austin Eaby, started work on my shower Oct 16, 2021. 8 weeks later,…read moreand 12k in labor and tile, we find that our shower does not drain due to the slope of the shower pan. A few weeks into the job he realized the slope was not right and attempted to fix it with over an inch of tile mortar in various areas. He had many excuses for not showing up and usually put in 2 hour days. The shower floor feels lumpy and the remains in puddles over 2" deep. The sides of the shower are tiled to differing heights now so he bought some molding to try to hide that. He put a hole in our dining room wall during the shower demo, and damaged some floor tile. He asked for another $1400 in labor and tile to fix the shower pan. His license is delinquent and he no longer answers my calls. We will have to take him to court.

Jeff and his son framed in an HVAC duct run and patched several cutouts in the ceiling and walls; they dry walled and textured the areas. We opted to do our own finish painting to save a few dollars. I contacted Jeff through Angies List, he came out the next week to give us an estimate. We agreed on his contract and he was able to fit our job in within 3 weeks.
