After days then weeks went by I made many attempts to get in touch with the owner. She never returned my calls and was never at her office during the hours that was posted on the office door. I finally caught her about to take off in the parking lot at her place of busines. When questioned she said the photos were coming in on the next delivery. A few days later we got the photos but it wasn't what we ordered so I refused the order plus by this time it was to late to send out for relatives to receive before Christmas.
