Lawyers are involved suit has been filed and they will make this right eventually but I will leave it in God's hands as karma will always come back! I lost my job making $80,000 a year and they have basically completely destroyed my life. But little do they know they just made my case that much stronger by calling the auto body shop as they will verify they were told not to deal with me. I went to Subaru of South Hills and met Steve Wine. I told him exactly what I needed and in 10 minutes, he had pulled down the perfect car. Ten minutes. The entire deal was completed in just under two hours. I loved the fact that the price was the price and there was really no negotiation needed. It was such a good experience, when I needed a new car today, I went back to Subaru. I didn't go to Nissan, I went back to South Hills. This time, I knew exactly what I wanted (Forester Wilderness) and I knew which model I wanted. I worked with Steve Wine again, because he was just that good. Once again, the entire process was easy and thoroughly enjoyable. He is honest about the cars and if you tell him exactly what you need, you will find the right car for you. HIs knowledge of his inventory and what each car does is extensive. This trip took a bit longer, but I was purchasing differently than the first time. It was still one of the best car buying experiences I've had. The car I chose needed to be detailed and it was ready by the time I was done making the purchase. The service staff seemed very nice and they were very, very busy this morning. If I buy another car, it will be from Steve, at this dealership!

We were told that we would get free oil changes covered without the maintenance plan every 6 months etc, and the maintenance plan add ons scams were not required for the oil changes, then they want to turn around and say you didn't opt for out maintenance add on scams so you're cooked and have to pay for the oil changes out of pocket. Don't buy a vehicle from this garbage place, they also try hard to scam you on their pos maintenance adds so you can double your car payment. Joe told us that the oil changes were included even the 2nd guy that was in charge of selling customers on the plan was a liar as well as he also mentioned even if you didn't opt for these add ons oil changes were included for 3 years and every 6 months or 6k miles.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.
