I checked other rooms same thing. With fans blowing it took six days to dry. Downstairs took ten days. I called and complained to owner who acted as if he could care less and the connotation that his staff member does no wrong. He could have offered to come to my home and see for himself. I really think there was a problem with the machine. It was like they were using dirty water to clean my carpets. I had used them numerous times before. This last time is the last time I will use them.

Then of course here is the invoice, but if you pay in cash it is minus the taxes ... so someone wants to say he's "honest" - go figure.
