These folks unfortunately are still cash only after the hurricanes and they dropped prices by almost 50% a few days before the hurricanes hit for portable battery chargers for phones ,flashlights, batteries, fans etc which was kind of helpful. Pricing has remained discounted so no price housing is going on here. The cashiers are not the friendliest, we had a huge ordered purchase last month and the lady helping us was visibly not thrilled with our carts full of items to scan. She kept on rolling her eyes and gave us the silent treatment. You folks should be happy that we're trying to give you $$$$. 30,000 residents here fled and aren't coming back, take money while it's here. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've received this type of service and the cashiers here are the area of opportunity. Outside of the cashiers the employees that work in the printing section are awesome! I've used the printing center for a lot of work needs like gigantic posters and they are the cheapest place to print items like that on island (only $20 for a 3' x 4' poster) and they print them in seconds. Parking can be a cluster because they share a lot with Viya and McDonald's, but if you need office supplies or random household supplies come here. #St.Thomas #USVI

We're sort of used to phone company employees being unfriendly, so we were pleasantly surprised when the woman helping us was very helpful. The only thing is, they are the only TMobile/Sprint store on the Island, and they don't have a technician to fix your phone. ANY issues are resolved through insurance sending you a replacement phone. So don't anticipate that they will be able to fix any issues you might have.

Unfortunately this was the only shop in town so I had no other options but to pay the overpriced screen replacement . Screen replacement is usually around 60. This guy is laughing all the way to the bank. I handed a card to the cashier to pay and he claimed his card machine wasn't working and he only accepted cash . This caused me to have to walk to Walgreens and pay an additional ATM machine fee to pull out cash . After I overpaid for the service , he so nicely offered 15 percent off items in his store ... I wasn't amused . He also offered to sell me an overpriced "waterproof " case to hold my phone . As he was showing me how the case "worked " it was falling apart . If you are in an emergency situation like I was it'll get the job done but by he pricing is unreasonable .

Many dropped calls, no service, bad internet connect etc. has been a real struggle the few months leading up to hurricane Irma. We didn't even know and were not informed that we could have received a credit for a period of time before the hurricanes, why didn't anyone let us know? We've been back to this location twice since the hurricanes passed. Prepare yourself for a wait, there is a never ending line that wraps around the building. If you have to pay a bill you can go right to the front and speak with the guy with the iPad and they will call you in, if not you're going to have to wait in this hours long line. After Irma hit on 9/6 cell service was non existent except for by the dumpsters in estate bakkeroe and Marriott and operating at at dial up speeds. After Maria hit on 9/20 it just got worse. Cell service hasn't really been restored until this month (Nov). So for that AT&T is crediting back two months of service. BUT if you are enrolled in autopay it didn't apply for you and you have to go into this location to fix that. We've also tried calling into their corporate line to get this fixed but no one picks up or it's busy which could again be a AT&T cell service issue! Agh!! I will say the employees here are still very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with everyone. As I said in my first review at the beginning of last year we were Verizon customers, always, did not want to switch to AT&T. I hope Verizon comes here soon! #St.Thomas #USVI

We were placed on the waiting list and offered a seat. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by Lucen Louis, a member of the AT&T Team. He was quite knowledgeable and expeditious in his work.
