I had a very unexpected (aren't they all) hard drive crash a few days ago. I found Techvi4 Support on the web, contacted them and hoped for the best. What I got was SO MUCH MORE than the best!!! Jerry is competent, conscientious, and convenient. I'm sure I'll think of other attributes after I post this. I had to bring my PC to STT from STJ but he met me, took the PC and had the HD replaced all within a few hours. I'm not sure I'd know how to get this level of service stateside. But this is not the end. After he fixed the PC, I "broke it" again by downloading an app that introduced conflicts so PC wouldn't boot. I contacted him and we agreed we'd meet in Red Hook the next day. HE FIXED THE PC IN HIS CAR AND I WAS ON MY WAY BACK TO STJ ON THE NEXT FERRY!!!!!
I really hope I don't experience another PC failure while we're here but if I do, I'll certainly know who to call. read more
