Would not recommend. I was given conflicting information in person versus on the phone. It appears…read morethis location just has one guy and the actual lab/company is out in Colorado. This place wanted to charge me more than $2000 total to recover files from my 1TB hard drive. After the free diagnosis/evaluation, they had an $275 starting service fee on top of the $1800 they said it would cost to fix the damages and recover my files. AND it would be another $88 for them to provide a replacement hard drive. Talk about some serious over charging and hidden fees. This was not something I could afford and after some time, they did offer to give me a discount but at that point I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation.
