One of the best stops on the trip to New Orleans. I went for the muffuletta, but didn't even order…read moreit because the menu had too good choices. We started with the andouille sausage and boudin. The andouille was so good! I would definitely bring some home if I could. The Cajun fried ribs were out of this world. They come with a dipping sauce and they are highly recommended! Super flavorful and crispy, no fat or grease. The pig mac was a Big Mac on steroids...so much more flavor and their special sauce and pickles were unbelievable. The pork patties were cooked perfectly and were very good. Great twist on the Big Mac...just way better! Ordered the unsweetened tea and there were endless refills with great service.

I got the Muffuletta (per amazing recommendation of the cashier at the front) which was a sandwich I had never tasted before. Also the vibe of this place was truly a butcher style location which was so cool. I travelled from Las Vegas to New Orleans and it was so cool to see the difference in the butchers and deli shops from back home. I wish I could have one of these every week! The olive spread as well as the sesame toasted bun mixed with the deli selection of meats, absolutely fantastic!

However, my experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived, I spoke briefly with one of the owners and barely received a greeting in return. From that point on, there was no communication, no acknowledgment, and no guidance. I ended up walking through the facility on my own, and no one else made any effort to speak or engage with me. This did not feel like a business that is interested in welcoming or gaining members. What makes this more upsetting is that I had already secured a membership weeks ago, fully supporting the gym before opening. Being treated with such a lack of warmth and communication during an event meant to build excitement and community has caused me to seriously rethink my decision to join.

They do have plenty of seating to dine in though. I think it was like $40 for a club sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, and 2 of the loaded fry appetizers. The bayou loaded fries (roast beef n gravy, cheese, etc.) are very good. Fries and fried perfect, roast beef and gravy is very tasty. I will continue to get this each time. The buffalo chicken sandwich was also incredible. Nice n big piece of real chicken tossed in a very tasty buffalo sauce, dressed, very sloppy also, very enjoyable. Girlfriend said the club sandwich was also really good, and a large serving for the price. Workers were really nice as well. Overall I would recommend to anyone, as it's a location that can be easily passed up.
