I texted to follow up and no response twice. Sadly, this is not just indicative of this company but many contractors out there. Luckily two other companies followed up timely and professionally, and I eventually chose one. Work met satisfaction so i ended up adding a 16 foot firepit swing pergola and retaining wall.
