Review for Clutter Me Not Junk Removal - Owner: Mario Hoover…read more On July 14, I spoke with the owner, Mario Hoover, regarding the removal and delivery of two large refrigerators from separate locations to my business. I sent photos (as requested) and addresses for both items, clearly stating that the second refrigerator was extremely large and may require a lift truck. Despite this, they arrived the next day with a small truck, clearly unfit for the job. While at the second location, Mario requested full payment of $500 via Zelle, stating they would deliver the first refrigerator and return for the second. Only the first refrigerator was delivered. I waited after business hours expecting the second, but received no further communication or delivery. For the past two weeks, I've attempted to contact Mario with minimal response. He did mention needing to rent a Penske truck and assured me, "you'll get your refrigerator" -- but never gave a clear timeline. Despite my reminders that this delay has halted operations at my business, I still have no fridge, no update, and no solution. He is now ignoring all my attempts to communicate with him concerning this matter. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Mario underestimated the job despite the photos and my information concerning the size, took full payment upfront, and then disappeared when the job turned out to be more challenging. Very immature management and not ethical at all. I would NEVER recommend Clutter Me Not Junk Removal for anything beyond the most basic tasks. If your job requires planning, professionalism, or reliable follow-through -- look elsewhere.
