I came to Boston IVF with high hopes and a need for compassionate, patient-centered care. I…read morespecifically chose Dr. Nesbit because she expressed genuine concern over how often patients--especially women--aren't heard. She promised to listen and support me throughout the process. That promise was broken. From the beginning, it was clear that my concerns were only taken seriously when voiced by my husband. As the patient, I was routinely dismissed or talked over, while my husband was treated as the authority--even when repeating what I had just said. It was humiliating and invalidating. Things came to a head when a nurse repeatedly called me by the wrong name. I corrected her multiple times, and when I finally showed understandable frustration, I was treated as the problem. No apology, just defensiveness. Then, during a follow-up, Dr. Nesbit herself referred to me using that same wrong name. That moment broke whatever trust I had left. The doctor I had chosen for her empathy didn't even know who I was. I also brought up documented efforts I had made--messages and attempts to clarify care that were ignored across multiple departments. Dr. Nesbit seemed surprised, despite this being a repeated issue. My efforts to be proactive were simply brushed aside by staff, with zero accountability. This entire experience made me feel invisible, silenced, and deeply disrespected. For a place that claims to support women through one of the most vulnerable times in their lives, the disconnect between that promise and my reality was staggering. If you want to be truly seen, heard, and cared for as a patient, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere

I've had to ask for extra testing they said isn't necessary, turns out i need to be on more meds. my hormone levels were too low, which they would've known if they actually reviewed my charts from my previous doctor. This has just been soo much added stress. I switched to a different clinic. Anything has to be better than this.

He never rushed us, he said a beautiful prayer before my endometriosis surgery of which he and his team successfully cured my advanced stage infertility. Because of his skill, we now enjoy a beautiful child! There aren't sufficient words to describe our amazing experience with him. We travel very far just to see him. Thank you Dr Olson for all you do for Jesus, women and children! May God greatly bless you!

Dear readers,…read more I am one of Dr. Sarah Bascle's (of Women's Wellness and Fertility Center) former patients. My sisters in Christ, I urge you to avoid her at all costs. I went in for my first Ob/Gyn appointment with Dr. Bascle prior to getting married. During the examination I experienced excruciating pain. Dr. Bascle continued examining me, despite the tears running down my face, groans, gasps of pain, whimpers, and full-body tremors. My mother, who had come with me as a support, nearly passed out from the horror of it. When Dr. Bascle was finished, she simply said, "I hope that wasn't too traumatizing to you." I called her and her nurses back in the following days and spoke with them on three separate occasions asking why the experience was so painful. They all responded that, "this is just the way it is for some women." Low and behold, I have a chronic pain condition. Rather than listening to me, Dr. Bascle was stuck in her ways and ignored my repeated request for help and understanding. Even when I spoke with the patient liaison, my experience was chalked up to "miscommunication" and "doctor's personal methods and preferences." She **does not even offer the use of a pediatric speculum for menopausal/ perimenopausal, young, or otherwise sensitive women**. I have been in therapy for months as a result of her lack of care. My marriage has suffered greatly. I wish this was not the cause. I wish I did not have to spread this negativity. I do not write this to draw attention to myself. I simply can't bear to think of another woman undergoing the experience that I have. I pray for Dr. Bascle and the women under her care each day.

They are extremely disorganized and do not communicate among their own staff. The entire process is very personal, and you expect them to care and show good bedside manner, which is not the case here at all. They never seem to have time for your and when you ask for a status update, they act as if you are bothering them. They also only communicate through their messaging app, which is so impersonal when all you want to do it talk to someone to feel reassured or to have questions answered. I felt like I was just another body through the door to get them more money. They never had the time for me and if I ever wanted to speak to the doctor to ask a quick question, I had to make an appointment, pay another co-pay, and wait 2 months when her schedule frees up. It is a shame how bad the office is run because the doctor is really good and has good bedside manner. However, you end up dealing with the office 90% of the time and the doctor 10% of the time so you would expect them to be the same. After almost 1 1/2 years they still have not even started the invitro process because of how unorganized they are. They have made this experience a nightmare, stressful, and exhausting.

Tried to tell nurse that our primary insurance doesn't cover medication and the pharmacy they picked never called us about our prescription, but she didn't care and told us we HAD to go with their pick, and that I should call the insurance to prove to her it didn't cover medication. Seriously, I think going through here is a waste of time. I've left 4 of 5 voicemails for the nursing staff, I think I only ever got 1 call back in about a 2 month timeframe. We never found out what happened to our first order of IVF medication because the pharmacy never answers the phone (waited 30min+ on hold), and they never called us back. We also tried to explain that to the staff and we were shrugged off and told to wait longer. I'm pretty sure I can find better places to spend $8000 at.
