If they were more responsive or simply told me "too busy/not interested" ... this would have been an Okay (3-Star) review.

Both times Fenkell's wouldn't go help her even though she was only 2 miles away. They charged her $447. We had the car towed to a dealership where we were told the Part Fenkell's installed was damaged so the original problem was never fixed. Also told Fenkell's spliced a ground wire instead of fixing it correctly. Dealership charged us $600 to undo everything Fenkell's did and redo it the correct way.

I heard of Avery's from local partnerships around town-- so I finally bit the bullet and called to bring my car in for repairs... I don't remember 100% but I think we were quoted around 1600 for repairs? Anyhow, after my car was completed, the total was a lot less than what was quoted over the phone. I was extremely impressed, not to mention, my car no longer sounded like it was shooting bullets everytime I stepped on the gas pedal I would truly recommend Avery's! They're super nice and the quality of work is amazing! I just recently took my truck in for new brakes also, again, I'm truly satisfied with the work! Thank you Avery's!

Extremely disappointed with this place and would NOT recommend them to anyone…read more My boyfriend purchased new rims and tires here, and somehow they managed to damage his rims and tires multiple times. The first time, they scratched his rim during the installation. What made it even worse was that they tried to blame the damage on him, despite the fact that we literally watched it happen. Rather than taking responsibility, they were immediately defensive. We brought the vehicle back to have the damage addressed, and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like we were inconveniencing them and seemed more interested in getting us out the door than actually fixing the problem they caused. Then, on our most recent visit, they finally repaired the damaged rim -- only to cause ANOTHER issue in the process by putting a significant gouge in the sidewall of his tire. At this point, this is beyond an honest mistake. Three separate instances of damage to brand-new rims/tires is completely unacceptable. We trusted this business with an expensive purchase and instead had to repeatedly come back to deal with damage that should never have happened in the first place. If you care about your wheels and tires, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
