Yes, INSIDE. Don't freeze during the winter, rent a unit inside the building, if you can. The secure circle lock is included in the price. Theresa in the office is great. Days off are Wednesday and Sunday but access is 7 days a week, til 9pm. Theresa made sure I got a unit close the door since I hurt my leg and I don't have to walk far inside from my car. It's a real nice storage place. No restrooms for the public. It's near Whole Foods tho. I'm so happy I found it.

That being said, they've offered me basically no relief I could move into a new but then I have to for the time for the new unit while I try to get my stuff out of the old unit and make sure I'm not transporting my my new these things are supposed to be rodent proof and it just boggles the mind that they don't have a better answer for me on and do more to make this right so good luck when recommend him at this point

I really don't like the people who own this building. In fact, there are no people other than the…read moreover-worked woman/women at the counter who, I think, are afraid of being spied on by the management if you make an inquiry at 5:45pm. This building is not user-friendly. For example, there is no place for any sort of trash other than the bathroom. No dumpster, no nothing. In the winter, the lowest floor is "officially" kept at 50 degrees and the ground and upper floors are kept at 55 degrees. You have to wear winter clothing to be in your storage space for other than a few minutes.. even if it sunny and warm outside. When the seasons change, they are slow to respond to the changes. This second summer, it was 84 degrees until finally the robot changed the temp. It is as if some budget-based robot is scrimping pennies. Once it really becomes summer do they "condition the environment." There's no paper towels in the bathrooms--just a crappy air blower to remind you not to wash your hands in the first place. I guess we should be thankful there is some sort of bathroom. I do not understand why there is no regard for human beings in this place. Yes, we are storing boxes of books, etc.. but you can freeze your ass off in the winter months. On the other hand, the place is clean and lighting is good.. No telling how much these people make each month.. seems there could be a bit of a regard for the paying customer.

As soon as my question was answered, she hung up the phone. I never write reviews but this felt necessary considering the amount of money I pay for a storage unit. I shouldn't call and feel like I'm bothering someone, this is literally your job. Customer service needs a revamp ASAP.
