We contacted CC Landscaping to schedule a consultation for a fairly large residential project. We completed their online form as well as left voice messages with their landscaping installations department with no response. Whenever you can CC on any line no one ever answers the phone, just a message. I decided to give it one more try and a CC employee answered the phone. I explained that we filled out the online form as well as left voice messages and she could clearly have cared less. Her response was that they don't provide any consultation any longer and we should send an email stating exactly what we want. With the amount of area we have to cover that, would be very unlikely. Amazing nursery! Went there today to get some sod for a small area by my lanai and a couple plants. Such nice helpful staff and a beautiful place. Huge selection of plants. So glad I came here. The sod is fresh (they were removing it from the ground and loaded it in my vehicle). Also they recommended the perfect amount of sod based on my measurements. Initially impressed with the selection and variety and staff. But....Had an appointment this morning for an estimate on sod replacement for my lawn and the installation of about 250 plants. They never came. They apparently texted saying they were on their way....however when my husband finally looked at his phone, he called them back, only 15 minutes later, but they said they were here and left. However.....I work from home and able to see out my front window. They never drove up to the front of the house or even got out of the truck to ring the doorbell! After calling the office, was told they don't get out to ring the door bell. This is unacceptable! What happened to letting the customer know you were here. What if the phone not working, etc. A simple ring of the door bell would be the right thing to do, but apparently they did not want to be bothered. Since they cannot be bothered with actually talking and caring about the customer needs, I think I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere! read more

I have been to many nurseries around town, including all the way up to Tampa and CC's is by far the best for selection and quality. We bought 4 amazing triple Christmas palms from them and they are just beautiful and double the size of other nurseries for the same price. Their prices are WAY less than other nurseries. Ernesto and his crew did a great job on my backyard landscaping project. The job called for the removal of wax myrtle stumps, the relocation of a large areca palm, the removal of another large areca and finally, the plating of viburnums as privacy plantings. The wax myrtle stumps proved to be very difficult with extensive roots. Ernesto had the equipment and expertise to get the job done. I would (and already have) recommend CC Landscaping for any residential or commercial landscaping project. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is fabulous.
