Purchased gates for 4 entrance areas of our Condominium community. The gates were fine, however, the latches they used were not for high traffic areas and they were broken within a matter of weeks. Two of the gates did not open correctly (2 opened out onto the parking lot while the other 2 opened into the community) Took more than a month to get that corrected. Took several more weeks for new latches. Bottom line, 9 months later, 1 gate is coming off the framing because the wrong screws were used. We have contacted them numerous times and they refuse to return the call or repair the gate. HORRIBLE customer service. Non-existent! Turned the matter over to our attorney and reported to the Better Business Bureau. They refuse to respond to them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I was greatly disappointed with the customer service. This company has no regards for the customer's time. I needed a pool gate ASAP to meet the city's code compliance; and the company came highly recommended. It was listed in the home magazine, so I was trying to support the local businesses. I called for a quote. I was told someone will call me back for a price estimate for the job. 2 days went by, no calls. I called back the 2nd time, still no price quote. I called back the 3rd time, and still no estimate. I guess the company doesn't care about obtaining businesses, or it doesn't care about respecting someone else's time. It's unfortunate, and I have wasted one week making phone calls and waiting for someone to call me back. read more

Have had CBR install fencing/gate at our last 2 homes. Installation was great, minus a few delays; Joshua was easy to deal with, and always very responsive. The issue I now have is that one of the bars on our front gate has come apart at the welds, and I've been trying to get someone to return a call about repairing this (have offered to pay, as I'm assuming that this is no longer under warranty); on 3 occasions, I've spoken with someone who promises to call me back, but never does. When I pointed this out to the last person I spoke with there, they offered me a cell #, and asked that I submit pictures so that they could have someone look at it, and get back to me. I've sent pictures, and have followed up with text messages, to no avail. So in addition to not getting back to me, they've got me wasting my time and taking/sending pictures in hopes that someone might actually get back to me. This morning (my 4th call, not including messages left that were not returned), the gentleman I spoke with said that it is not up to him to make a decision, and get back to me. I'm not going to try and understand how I'm supposed to react to that type of ridiculous response... I really wish they were as good at getting back to past customers who have a service issue, as they were when they wanted my business. In the meantime, I have a front gate that's missing a bar (just came apart at the welds...no impact damage), and no one who's willing to get back to me on what it takes to make this right. I regret ever giving these guys our business, based on their poor "after the sale" customer service. Service/response was great when they were after my $. Now, non-existent. read more

I was concerned about the prior reviews and expressed my concerns to the owner. I was reassured repeatedly that I would not be disappointed and I was given real prior customers to call who did give honest positive reviews. I decided to trust Josh and I don't regret my decision. He was available and attentive throughout the permitting process and the changes I made to expand the fence line. Now that the entire process is done I am confidently recommending them to others. Railing didn't pass inspection ( product was not to Code) refused to correct the product!
