By far one the best companies in south Florida I Jade ever dealt with. Their workmanship is excellent their prices are fair. They are highly responsive via texts and they deliver excellent products quickly. They made a beautiful custom made gate for me and we are very happy with the results. *Update* Due to the high quality of workmanship I have continued to work with Florida welding. The made a beautiful mesh for our gated and with it we have a peace if mind that we are safe at our home. Thank You Florida welding.... you have another 5+ stars from me for a job well done. read more

In all honesty I haven't been to many welding and metal fabrication shops in my life. I was a little hesitant to call around because I didn't know exactly what I needed, so I figured my son, and I would start by finding the nearest one and just go and ask someone. It didn't start off well. We went through Google and started driving around to various shops around Broward County from West to East. After a half a dozen tries only finding a bunch of closed shops, we stumbled upon Florida Welding located in Plantation, and I'm glad we did. We had a small but unique project my son needed for work. He is a Polynesian fire dancer and needed to create a new torch for his show's intro. We met the owner at Florida Welding, and he made my son and I feel right at home immediately. We could tell the pride he takes in his shop when he showed us around. They do everything you could dream up with metal. We saw handrails, fencing, truck accessories, and even an awesome grill and smoker. We also learned some new things about the metal fabrication business too. The owner not only took the time to understand our needs, but also helped improve upon our design saving us valuable time and money. He told his crew what we were looking to do, and without hesitation they stopped everything to help us. I was surprised. We expected to wait a week or two, but they got working on it right away. His crew went the extra mile putting it together so quickly and much better than we hoped for. Within a half hour they completed it and at a fraction of cost and aggravation of us trying to do it ourselves. I would totally recommend them. Don't drive around aimlessly like we did; you should check these professionals out first. They'll treat your job like it's for family. From all the work we saw around the shop, even two guys like us that didn't know much about this stuff can tell they are amazing at welding and metal fabrication. And now they can add Polynesian fire torches to their amazing skillset. Thanks guys!! read more

I worked with Kamal from Florida Welding to create a new modern stair railing for our home and he did an amazing job! Kamel is very professional and personable. He promised to do a great job for us and he delivered. He always kept his word and I got the exact look I envisioned for our home. He even helped us cement down our loose balcony railing in our bedroom which I truly appreciated. If you are looking for someone that puts love into his work, is reliable, and you're in the market for aluminum/iron work designs for stair railings, fences, etc, I highly recommend you give Kamel a call. read more

An awesome welding shop in Plantation, FL! I needed to have a metal piece fabricated for a gym bench and they made it while I waited. Excellent quality at a very fair price! I will be back for sure. read more

We used Florida Welding to install new support beams in our patio. Work was first class, they were responsive and reasonably priced. 100% recommended. read more

The quote was done at the Florida Welding workshop, not over the phone. Custom Fabrication in Pompano was a pleasure to work with, so they did the work and charged 50% of the Florida Welding "it's going to cost at least" price. To be fair, Florida Welding isn't setup for this type of work, so I assume I was given a go away price. For that reason the 1*, but it doesn't reflect their work, I didn't get to see it. That is why they tell you to always get three quotes. read more

We found this company online and were VERY happy we did! We were redoing our stair railing and had some very specific ideas/visions in mind. They helped guide us through the process, from choosing the right materials, fabricating the railing(a pretty complex process), and installing it. Their personal attention was apparent (and appreciated) throughout. This company does a GREAT job, and they really care about their customers. It showed, start to finish. read more

Very pleased. I had a welding job a friend of friend who owns a welding shop turned down - thought it wouldn't work what I wanted. Owner here, Kamal, thought it would and I went based on Yelp reviews being so good. It was a good bet. He did a great job, communicated well, and the final product is just what I wanted. These guys are awesome! Our insurance company required us to install exterior railings at six different locations at two duplexes. I was lucky to find these guys after all my usual contractors couldn't do that kind of a job. Not only did they get to it quick and do a great job, but they were by far the lowest priced quote I got as well. If I ever need any welding or fabrication service I now know who to call! read more

I just brought an old office chair to these guys. What a super experience. They took a look at the issue (it lost its up and down motion due to a faulty mechanism at the bottom of the chair) and helped me out in no time. It turned out to be a simple fix, although they could have made a big deal out of it. They said since it was such a small drilling job there was no charge. I had to make them take a small amount of money. Can you believe that? They look like they are having fun and want to do a good good job whatever it takes. Their shop is very clean which leads me to believe that are very particular about their work. Their motto is "we fix stuff". If you have stuff to fix these are the people to do it; no question. read more

I was so pleased with the courtesy and promptness. Most of all the quality of the repair was perfect. I had a very small job, but Kamal and Gavin saved me a bundle of money. I needed to reattach a pedal mount on an elliptical machine. They fixed it while I waited. They did a quality job and i am shocked at how little the charge was. Thanks. Awesome people. PLEASE note FLORIDA WELDERS get 5 (by error I gave 1) read more

These guys are lifesavers. They do big jobs and small jobs, all kinds of interesting projects. If you've got some weirdo situation and need someone to just make things happen, these are your guys. I had a little piddly project of cutting some aluminum for rails on a file cabinet. They got right on it while I waited there in the shop, and charged a very fair price. They are friendly, respond quickly and are enthusiastic about their work. I'm glad to have found them. read more

I only wish that I could give zero stars. The craftsmanship is terrible, the installation is worse. I understand that COVID would mean that I would have to wait longer and I'm not even complaining about the 9 months that it took for them to attempt to complete the job. They would disappear for months on end and when they finally showed up for the installation, they tried to up the price by $500. Ultimately, we found a much better company to complete the stairway rail. Also, one of the owners made unwanted advances of an inappropriate nature. Seriously, run away as fast as you can. read more

Absolutely amazing and friendly service! Showed up same day to take a look at my issue and offered a more than reasonable quote. Work was done within 48 hours. I was pleasantly surprised and so grateful. Thanks Gabhan! read more

I have apartment rentals in Lauderdale by the sea and when one of our long time tenants (21 years) got cancer she needed a railing to help her get out of her apartment without worrying about falling so I called these guys. They came out measured and made me a set of railings and painted them to match the other railings around the building. The price was very fare and my tenant was so happy she called me crying because she could get outside to get to Drs appointments or just for a breath of fresh air without having to worry about falling because she has 3 steps down to the sidewalk. I would recommend these guys and I will use them again for any welding I will need done in the future so thanks guys. read more
