I can't recommend Bailey highly enough. After speaking with several bookkeepers who seemed…read moreoverwhelmed or disinterested in navigating the complexities of my growing e-commerce business, finding Bailey was a breath of fresh air. When we started, I had about 18 months of improperly kept books, scattered receipts, no inventory tracking, and a general mess that had grown as my business scaled. I work full-time in addition to running my online store, and I simply never had the time or knowledge to stay on top of the accounting. I had only been tracking final inventory costs, never factoring in deposits or milestones, and I wasn't accounting for returns, damaged items, or fulfillment center transitions. Bailey dove in headfirst and never flinched. He took the time to understand my unique situation, helped integrate my complex inventory software via API, and synced everything into QuickBooks and my main sales platform. He even built a simple, intuitive portal where he flags transactions for review each week so I can quickly clarify or categorize them. The system works beautifully. From day one, Bailey was personable, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. As an entrepreneur himself, he gets it--the pressure, the juggling, the chaos--and he approaches the work with intelligence, integrity, and genuine care. Yes, I was initially nervous about the cost. But looking back, the peace of mind he's given me is priceless. I finally have a clear, accurate picture of my finances and inventory, and I can now make informed decisions with confidence. Bailey is trustworthy, sharp, creative, and has a relentless work ethic. If you're looking for someone who will treat your business like their own and deliver exceptional value, look no further. This is an easy 5-star review. Strongest possible recommendation.

It was an exhausting cycle of double-checking their work instead of trusting that my financial records were in good hands. From day one, he brought a level of organization, patience, and professionalism that immediately set him apart. He took the time to explain every process in detail, ensuring that I not only understood my financials but also felt confident in the accuracy of my records. His ability to think outside the box has led to solutions I never would have considered, and it made my business operations smoother and more efficient. Beyond just managing numbers, he creates a true business partnership, actively working to support my success rather than just balancing the books. He helps optimize cash flow, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensures financial strategies supporting my business growth. His passion for his job is evident in the way he approaches challenges, always going the extra mile to ensure that everything is in order. Unlike my past experiences, where I felt like I had to oversee and micromanage bookkeeping, I now have complete peace of mind knowing that my financials are being handled with expertise and care. With his helpful and proactive approach, Bailey's Bookkeeping Plus has restored my trust in bookkeeping. He has not only freed me from the burden of financial stress but has also allowed me to refocus on what truly matters--growing my business and on top of that, he is just a great Human! I highly, highly recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a strategic bookkeeping partner.
