Mike was very patient and explained this to me and then assisted me with a Quick meal plan example that would help me on my journey. Mike never skipped a beat explaining the importance of me getting that protein in and increasing my water intake. I never realized that I wasn't eating enough protein and how it contributed to the way I would feel throughout the day. I was searching for a protein drink and needed one w/o milk , Mike made a sample right there in the store the level 1 blueberry muffin. It was delicious and I brought it, he also suggested that I add some weight training along with my cardio. Okay, one friend of mine who likes cheap pizza almost as much as I do. This thing is fresh, it sells out often, and it's cheaper than a frozen pizza. AND TWICE THE SIZE. It's good. Really good. I've done a little comparison and their squash comes out to be just under $1 per pound, where as Walmart has it $1.38. Hyvee is $1.60. The cart thing is a little weird, but I get it. They don't have to hire a cart fetcher. And I really like that they allow their clerks to sit down. Why don't other retailers allow this? Also, la croix is cheaper here than anywhere else, and their knockoff la croix is just as good, maybe better. It's $2.50 for a 12 pack. I'm a big fan.
