Eva was my bud tender and she was amazing!! I wanted some additional items and she was super helpful in getting me all set up. The sales were very good too!! I saved money on the pearls. I was warned that this place is expensive, and I should have listened. It's the convenience that if you live in Lee's Summit to stop by here. However, let me give you an example of how expensive this place is. I purchased a prerolled here and it coast $18, where as earlier this year, when I was out in Arizona, I bought a prerolled there for $6!!! The joint I bought there has a much smoother taste and a better experience than what was in the one I bought at this dispensary. read more

Best dispensary in the area! The bud tenders take their jobs seriously, are very knowledgeable about their products and really care about their patients. The building itself is clean and classy. I've been to other dispensaries and 3rd Street blows them out of the water. They have loyalty points now which is very helpful since the price of marijuana is insane in MO. I've meant to post a review for 3SD for some time. But I'm lazy and life happens so I've been putting it off... until today. Actually, it's probably a good thing I haven't posted a review until now. It has given me time to visit 3SD a few more times and their service, knowledge, and friendliness have only gotten better! First: Their check in process is nothing short of fabulous!! Their lobby is clean and quite comfortable with complimentary coffee, tea, and water while you wait. There's seldom a long wait (unless there's a special release) and I've always felt safe waiting in the parking lot or on the outdoor benches. The security team is first class! Second: Their staff is just amazing! All of the Bud tenders are well informed about the products available, always recommending the strain or type that might be best for each individual patient. They ask questions and really try to get an idea of your specific needs before making any recommendations. On top of all that, the bud tender's customer service skills are exemplary. I always feel welcome and have never felt rushed, or that I couldn't ask another question. They escort ever patient to the door after making their purchases... that's huge with me! While all the bud tenders who've waited on me have been amazing. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge one particular tender who stands out. Meghan R. has waited on me several times and I'm always impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the industry, and the products they offer at 3SD. She even turned me on to a cannabis cooking show (I like making edibles) that has now become a favorite program. She knows the equipment. She knows the products. And she makes the entire 3SD experience beyond pleasant. Seriously folks, I've visited dispensaries and "coffee shops" all over the world and this business definitely has its stuff together. Nice selection but they're the most expensive dispensary we have found in KC. They were one of the only dispensaries that had alien rock candy at the time. But jeeze the price of that cart alone?! No thanks. read more

Good product but overpriced compared to other dispensaries in the area. They over check your ids more than any other dispensary as well. They don't give loyalty points or do nearly as many discounts as releaf in grandview releaf dispensary is worth the drive for discounted products!! read more
